I loved my ‘power hour’ with Sarah…Sarah picked out some amazing outfits and suggestions which suited me (shape and colour) and were just what I was after! I got some brilliant outfits and clothes that I never would have found myself, such a great way to shop! I would 100% recommend and I want to book for the next season already!

I have gone through the various stages of SBS: online style analysis, personality analysis, Power Hour, and decided the time had come to take the plunge and have a 3-hour personal shop. Having met Kim in the Spring for my Power Hour, I knew that she was lovely, friendly and overall, knowledgeable. As other reviewers have said, Kim already had a rail-full of clothes ready for me in M&S Kingston. Outside the changing room she gave comment, suggestions and took away "no-goers". Bless her, in several shops she even got roped in to zipping random ladies in and out of dresses in the changing rooms!! If something didn't suit me, she would immediately say, so you know that you're getting genuine comments on the outfit. She knew what I wanted - a capsule of items that I can mix and match - and more than delivered, giving suggestions of how to put different outfits together. We visited 4 different shops in our session. I know that we are all biased because if we didn't like the SBS experience we wouldn't continue to book different packages, but I can honestly say that for me as a 68 year old, I needed someone totally unbiased to get me out of the rut I had fallen into. You're under no obligation to buy a thing, but why wouldn't you when the girls bring you such a selection that you probably would have never have looked at. Well worth saving up for.

All I can say is wow . My friend and I meet Sarah at Bluewater . She was great and we clicked straight away . She asked us a few question’s but knew what we were looking for as we had both sent in those details . Sarah was spot on and knew her trade so well . I wore things I would never pick out by myself but loved it all and I have to say blew my budget but who cares I’ve saved all year and this was to celebrate me turning 60 in December and now I will enter it chic with a bit of sass .
Would highly recommend this service to one and all . All you need to take with you is your money and an open mind

My second style surgery with Fi and what a great fun hour it was! Fi was so lovely, just like talking to an old friend! We ticked off everything on my list! Thank you Fi, you are amazing!

I have used several of SBS's services over the last few years which has helped me gain confidence in my style as I head towards my 40's. The documents (particularly the online analysis) are great to refer back to time and time again.
Recently I took the plunge and booked an in person shop with Sarah as she was local to me in Bath fir yhe day. I was quite nervous and not really sure what to expect but Sarah immediately put me at ease and it was like shopping with a friend. I loved that Sarah had chosen items beforehand and she really wanted to ensure I was happy with my purchases. I usually hate clothes shopping for myself as I find it quite stressful and demotivating but I left with a spring in my step and a boost in confidence. Thank you so much Sarah. I will be booking again!

I have used Styledbysusie (styledbysusie.co.uk) several times since 2019. The team has certainly helped me explore new styles and add color to my wardrobe. While I do feel more confident and enjoy shopping a bit more now, my experience hasn’t been perfect. Overall, it's a good service and the Facebook/Patreon community is positive. Would recommend for anyone looking to update their style, but keep expectations realistic.

This was my second personal shop with Fiona & it was another brilliant experience. Since my style analysis in April 23 we’ve shopped together twice & done a virtual declutter. She’s totally changed how I shop, think about my wardrobe & decide what to wear each day. She’s so warm & encouraging & I’ve internalised some of her wardrobe wisdom, like not saving things for best but just wearing them everyday! I can feel how my sense of style is evolving & I absolutely love it. Thank you so much!

A brilliant personal shopping experience with Kim.
The booking process was easy and straightforward.
Kim was friendly and professional and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Helpful little things on the day included what’s app reminder in the morning, links to items not available in stores and navigating all the sizing details.
A real day of much needed escapism to focus on myself. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Kim for a personal shopping experience at Bluewater, and it was absolutely amazing! As a busy working mum of two, I rarely have time to focus on myself, so this morning was all about me—and it was perfect. I came home last night and had a full-on fashion show, and I couldn’t be happier with the pieces Kim selected and styled for me. I’m in love with everything!

For my birthday I wanted a bit of restyle and decided to do the full package of personal styling + wardrobe declutter followed by personal shopping at Bluewater, all with Sarah. It was super useful to do the personal styling & wardrobe declutter before the shopping. Sarah was great and made a list of items to look for based on my style analysis and existing wardrobe. I really liked the style analysis included make-up recommendation based on my Color analysis and the shopping in Bluewater was awesome! Sarah picked things that I really liked but would have not easily identified myself. We run out of time to look for boots and she even messaged me afterwards with the perfect pair for me to buy. I’m looking forward to do this again for my summer wardrobe! :)

This is my 3rd personal shop with Suzie in Brighton.
What an amazing experience! For a busy mum of 2 and running my own business, this is the only way I shop. Suzie makes you feel relaxed and puts you at ease. It is like shopping with your best friend.
I'm not sure how she does it but every shop gets better. I'm already booked in for next year and planning more for the future. I cannot live without this. Suzie has this amazing energy that just makes it great, you will come out feeling confident, great and excited. There are not enough words to express how much I joy and happiness you will get out of this. Worth every penny!!

I am not the easiest to shop with. I hate shopping and have no idea what suits me. Kim was amazing, she pushed me gently towards some new looks and has given me some wonderful advice that I will be using from now on in! This was a great step towards me wearing clothes that I feel confident and like me in. Thank you!

I recently had a power hour with Kim, At West Quay Southampton and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Kim selected some amazing pieces for me and was so lovely. I’ll definitely be booking another one in the future!

I had a style session with Sarah at my house; she was lovely, personable, attentive, and open. I recently went shopping with my new knowledge of the colour and style that suits me best, and it is the first time I have ever shopped so intelligently. I think I will now be able to save money in the long term by only buying items that actually suit me, and the session made me pick items of clothes I would never have ordinarily tried on. I cannot recommend it enough!!

I have used SBS since 2019 and can honestly say that Susie and the team have completely changed my feelings towards styles and clothes. I have gone from living in black leggings and black t-shirts to having a wardrobe full of colour and styles I would never have chosen for myself! I feel comfortable and confident in everything I have bought with them and look forward to shopping now rather than dreading it!

What a perfect day! This was my 3rd shopping trip with Sarah and this did not disappoint! Sarah encouraged me to try on things I wouldn't normally think to try on. I feel really empowered now to successfully dress for my shape and have confidence to purchase further appropriate pieces. A fabulous service

I have worked with Susie since the inception of her business and was delighted to snag a power hour with her at Bluewater. For someone who doesn’t particularly enjoy shopping, having Susie by my side to take my slightly random shopping list and turn it into a capsule wardrobe in just one hour was amazing. The whole Styled By Susie ethos is something special and if you’re ever able to get an in-person shop I can’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you, Susie - same time next year?!

I had a power hour at Bluewater with Susie in the vain hope that I could find something special to wear for an upcoming Award Ceremony… not only was Susie fabulous from the minute we met, putting me at ease, understanding my style and the pressure of ONE outfit, but She found me THREE amazing different looks in less than 60 mins..There was even time left over for some jeans, jumpers and casual dress or two… I dont know how you do it Susie but please please just keep doing it! I had a Hair analysis with Poppy and I can not thank Poppy enough. She absolutely nailed my style colourwise and I was able to give the description of the cut to my hairdresser who knew exactly what I was after. I cant wait to start trying new styles with hairclips and headbands. Poppy rushed this through for me too because the SBS service is just fantastic THANK YOU
