I placed an order on 06/01/26 it has been almost 30 days & my order tracker says it’s still in transit. The refund policy states I can return my item with in 30 days of the purchase date!!!
If I ever receive it I won’t be able to return it if I don’t like it!! So much for wearing it this summer! Going back to Amazon where they know how to ship an item!!

I had a colour palette session with Susie. Was fantastic. Felt more like a conversation than anything else because it was free flowing. She gave some great little hints & tips about what I was wearing. Found my colour palette which gave me some confidence.
She was such a lovely person & so friendly & easy to talk to.
I’ve already booked my wardrobe declutter with her; can’t wait!

I had my first ever personal SBS shop with Kim and though I was very excited, I was quite nervous. Kim immediately helped put me at ease and helped me leave my comfort zone a little - I bought from shops I never normally do and styles I never normally would and I’m so happy with everything I got!! Kim found some fab bits I would never have picked up and helped me figure out how to wear / style things I was looking to keep. I had a fabulous experience and hope to book again soon

Shopping on the high street and Vinted and still look amazing! Life is too short not to wear the bikinis/ shorts/ dresses, but the right colours and shape make all the difference.

Like many others, I didn't recognise myself after having a baby. I spent years trying to hide, avoiding photos, bikinis, and generally feeling completely miserable.

Susie and her team are stylists, but what they offer goes far beyond styling. Their analysis of colours and body shape is incredibly detailed and helpful, but they also bring out your own personality, lifestyle and sense of style.

The online shops and analysis alone are honestly amazing. I’ve used many of their services over the years, including bra and swimwear recommendations, and somehow everything fits perfectly. How is that even possible?

It makes everyday life so much easier, and packing for weekends or holidays is suddenly a breeze, and so is going to a special event.

I really can’t recommend Susie enough. I’ve used so many of her services over the years, which probably says it all. She's truly a special lady, so funny and friendly.

I even made friends through the SBS community, which is private enough to be safe, but inclusive and showing all our different personalities, styles and lifestyles.

It sounds like a bold claim that having my analysis done changed my life…..but it really did. Had a baby during the pandemic and ended up just living in leggings and T-shirts I hated. I’ve been using Styled by Susie for a number of years now, both in person and online, and it has given me boundless confidence to wear brighter colours, shapes that suit me, and this has genuinely made me feel so much better in my own skin.
My most recent in person shop with Susie at the end of April, is quite possibly the best investment I will make all year. Every single piece we bought has been worn so many times, I have a ready made capsule wardrobe that takes so much stress out of my working week. I literally haven’t spent a penny on clothes since, really don’t expect to until autumn comes. And the whole experience is such fun, it really is like shopping with a great friend.

Styled by Susie is the greatest invention made. Not only is it life changing it’s an agony aunt, a place people share so much more than what they’re wearing. I have never ever found a group where every single person in it is fabulous, supportive & generally cheer leaders. I found styled by Susie quite some years ago I think about 6 years ago. I stayed in the background for a while, had my child & then got the courage to get my analysis done. My only regret was how long it took me to get it done. I was analysed by the beautiful Kim, not only was my analysis packed with information of recommendations for my shape, season, colours & style personality. It was packed with kindness, encouragement & beautiful words. Knowing my shape, season & style personality has helped me so much with my colours, what cuts of garments suit me, what I should avoid etc. the possibilities are literally endless. I had my Gold style analysis done early 2021 and have since had an occasion shop plus hair and glasses analysis. I also had a personal “power hour” shop with Kim in Edinburgh last year.

My best friend from Uni introduced me to SBS after I had had my children. I had a style analysis which I still refer to now. We go for a personal shop with Susie every year. She is so brilliant at picking a capsule wardrobe. It’s such a treat and I look forward to our next shopping trip!

I had a personal shop with Susie in Brighton, and I loved every second of it! I have had about 6 personal shops with Fiona now and it’s the best way to shop! She knows how to push me out of my comfort zone and always finds amazing outfits that I would never pick up myself. And the best bit is that it’s like spending a few hours with a good friend. 10/10 recommend!

I first discovered Styled by Susie during the pandemic when I was stuck in a rut of wearing joggers and sweaters and losing my identity of knowing what clothes work for me and followed Susie, Kim and Fiona on Instagram. I had my style analysis back in 2021 and since used several other services they offer including : wardrobe declutter , hair analysis, bra analysis , glasses and personal shops!. The service across the whole board has been fantastic and I have loved rediscovering my style again. I love the Patreon posts too and the stylists work so hard to deliver content to really appeal to everyone.

My recent personal shop this week with Susie herself was amazing, she helped me with some perfect pieces that i wouldn't have looked at previously in shopping on my own and gave me lots of tips to tweak the way outfits could be changed. When I say it was like shopping with a best friend, I mean it!

I started with a Gold Style Analysis to discover my body shape and colour season, and I genuinely haven’t looked back since. The online services are fantastic, including personalised shopping recommendations, glasses analysis and detailed style guides. The in-person personal shopping sessions are brilliant too - amazing what you can achieve in 3 hours!

What really sets Styled by Susie apart, though, is the incredible community. The Patreon membership and Facebook group are full of supportive, encouraging women, and Susie herself, the other stylists, and all of the members create such a positive and welcoming space.

It has helped me understand what suits me, how to dress for my shape and colouring, and how to build a wardrobe that works for me. But it’s about so much more than clothes – it’s about confidence, self-acceptance, kindness and women supporting women.
