Stycove Anmeldelser

Just another one star review for a horrible company. Nothing new really to say after reading other reviews, total scam. They are making money from the air

I place an order for the stycove seat cushion for my car because of my lower back pain area. I placed the order on September 18th, and I've still not yet received the item I ordered. The company took payment out of my account for the item, so when I reached out to inquire about the seat cushion, their customer service support tells me that their records show that the item was already delivered to me on May 23rd, 2026.
I asked how could I receive something in May, when I just recently ordered it here in September. They then gave me a fictious tracking number and said that I should contact my local USPS regarding the delivery.
This company is just a bunch of thieves.

Do
Not
Order from this site. The product did nothing that was advertised They sent me an unauthorized 2nd shipment and would not refund my money. They offered me $6 refund in a $38 unauthorized charge after asking me to send pics of the product, tracking number, & bottle label. Please do not order from them. Scam!

I bought what I thought was real set teeth I got fake make up teeth don’t work why are they letting scammers on here they were expensive what can I do to get my money back I’m disgusted with them fleecing us on line

The product I received from stycove is absolutely NOTHING like they advertise. Please Beware, I spent over $60 for tiny little slides that just shine in a small circle. I learned my lesson from this horsesh*t false advertising.

The item they sold is not the item they advertised. I wish i had read their reviews before i ordered. They do not care that they are falsely advertising. I will dispute on my credit card next. Do not order from this company.

This is a fraudulent company. They participate in bait and switch. What they ended up shipping to me was nothing like what was advertised.i have filed a fraud complaint with MasterCard.

I bought the indoor wall mount AC. A piece of trash. I contact them immediately to return and refund via email. They sent a list they needed to process the refund. I sent them everything. Sku number tracking and order number pictures everything. They responded with giving a refund for 14.00 and some coupons to shop it them more for a 90.00 product. Absolutely NOT! I have contacted my card company to dispute. If nothing else for the extra they made do knowing they weren't gonna refund the full price. Heck I can't call 14.00 a portion. BEWARE folks.

I ordered the Plug and Play HD star projector with Galaxy and ocean scenes what a joke this thing is it comes with several interchangeable "scenes" it's supposed to be programmable it's supposed to have a remote it's supposed to do all these things and project and cover your entire ceiling it does not does a teeny tiny little projection it's a complete scam I wish to God I had read the reviews before I purchase and I hope someone else does to save themselves the time energy and money.

False advertising. Item received was not as advertised. I requested a return and refund. I will update my review if the refund materializes.

This company is awful they steal your men lie and cheat
Ordered on 8/2 never received items…they kept sending photo of supposed delivery and it was not my home they refuse to help in any way
They are thieves and liars do not waste your money

If you wish to be extremely disappointed, then do as I did and purchase from this company. The discrepancy in what they advertise you are purchasing versus what they deliver is a crime and authorities should fine and shut this company down! Save yourself the time and headache & steer well clear of Stycove.

they keep charging you ithout consent. scam

The item sent looks nothing like the item advertised. This company is a complete scam. It cost more to return the item than it is worth to get the refund.

Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing from this company, but thought I'd give it a try. False advertising or more like misleading, offering something and sending something completely different. Shouldn't be allowed to advertise. STEER CLEAR

Do Not order from this company The merchandise is junk and not what they advertised. I tried for a refund and they wanted photos which I sent three times!
They finally offered a refund if I returned item. Checked on shipping g cost which wad just as much if not more than what Ii paid. Stay away from them. Big
Scam

I would give it a zero if I could. I was sent something I did not order & then when I wanted a refund of my $50 they only wanted to give me $5. I declined that & then they went up to $12, I declined that as well & wanted a full refund & then send back the useless product they sent me. They said that I would have to pay the shipping to send it back. Yep!! They got me because shipping to China was way more than what my refund would be. I would not order anything from here if I was you!!!

PLEASE, DO NOT BUY FROM STYCOVE!!!

IT IS A FRAUDULENT CHEAP COMPANY THAT STILL OUR MONEY LIKE NO OTHER. THEIR PRODUCT DOES NOT COMPLY AT ALL WITH WHAT THEY PROMISSED.
PLEASE STOP AUTHORIZING THIS VENDOR IN THE UNITED STATES. ENOUGH WITH MEDIA SALES THAT PROMISSED 100% SATISFACTION AND LATER THEY JUST OFFER 10% OF THE COST AS GOOD FAITH.

I ordered the portable AC unit, after disc. I paid $93.00, together with their Shipping Protection for an additional $3.99. + applicable taxes.
The unit was sent to me on a slow boat from China.
When I received the package, it showed visible damage from being dropped on one end. I opened the package and in turn the inside package box, it also showed identical damage. I opened the box and sure enough the plastic casing was cracked at the same end. Another thing, the unit was about 1/2 the size that it shows in their ad. I plugged the unit in, the heater mode worked ok, the AC mode barely blew any cool air. Neither was enough to service my bathroom, let alone my garage which I intended it for.
After I searched and found I ordered it thru the Shop App. I printed out the receipt, I took photos of the damage on all 3 areas. I emailed all of these to the Stycove.com email address. Their reply was an apology with a lame excuse on the shipping, a $16 peace offering and to let me know I could keep and use the unit. I immediately wrote back that this was not acceptable and requested a full refund and prepaid shipping label. They wrote back with a $32 peace offering, and again keep and the use unit.
After more emails back and forth, I finally agreed upon $32 refund, once they let me know how and when I will receive it. With the cost of return shipping, I just determined I would cut my losses and be done with it. So, after a whole month of dealing with them, I'm still not totally done. I'm throwing the unit in the trash once I receive my return funds.
Consumer beware, DO NOT BUY FROM THE STYCOVE COMPANY!

Ordered several of the little projectors that are supposed to project a beautiful moving picture on the whole ceiling. What I got was something that projects a small blurry stationary picture. Not even close to what was advertised. When I contacted them about it they finally offered to give me $16 back. I spent way more than that for these things intending to give them as gifts. When I tried to reply to their email, it won't go through. Just says the address is not found, even though it's the email I used to contact them.
Definitely a scam company
