Just got my order for new complete dentures waited 14 days for them to come from China when I got them today and looked at them. Oh my God no pallet on the top dentures false advertisement trying to return this is like pulling teeth. Phone number is fake also so I guess I gotta eat the $42 I spent on this don’t buy dentures from this company. It’s a scam a scam a scam.

but no stars at all bullshit they srew peoples with terrible teets. Please stop them for giving us false hope for no teets peoples.GIVE US BACK OUR MONEY

The dentures are a joke at best nothing like the ad the teeth look like something a child drew on paper. A scam at best. Do not order

Took forever to ship but when delivered was not what they advertised... not a full set of dentures but just plastic teeth & beads. Wish I could attach picture of what I received. Do not purchase anything from this site unless you want to be scammed

This is an absolute waste of money. Don’t even bother! The ad suggests a full flexible denture and states it is for people with, or without, teeth. Complete lies. The $2 vampire teeth my child bought at the Dollar Store are better quality.

First of all beauty lulu is not an honest reputable company. I ordered a set of what was supposed to be a full set of dentures, which it was most definitely not. I received two small strips of what looked like baby teeth and a bag of beads. I took a picture of them and sent the Pic along with a scathing letter to customer service. All they want to give me is 5.00 back, so needless to say I didn't choose my language very well when replying. People I am begging you, DO NOT ORDER THESE. This company is a bunch of thieves, and make their money off of unsuspecting people such as myself. My husband and I are in our 70's and live on a very tight budget, so lesson learned.

So I ordered a denture that I waited 17 days for that you soak in the water and hot water and after 3 minutes it forms to your teeth I did not get what I ordered I received a premium denture care system a bunch of beads that I can do nothing with please make this order right. of course I can not reach you directly . And I just wonder why would you send me a premium denture care system when I ordered dentures that you soak in water and it forms to your teeth is this a scam. Please make this right I waited 17 days

this place is a scam, please don't buy anything from here, I purchased some dentures that looks nothing like the picture at all, false advertisement and only wanted to give me only $5 refund after purchasing them for $36. They are scammers!!!!! They are so wrong for selling false things that's not even as pictured!!!....

Denture was nothing like advertised. Junk ! Don’t waste your hard earned money.

Total rip off look like tiny kids halloween teeth 40 bucks for nothing they need to he sied and put out of business my hrother got ripped off too scumbags

Everyone associated with this business should be in prison. I will never, and I do mean never purchase from this company or any other company in china. They are the biggest retail scammers out there. They robbed me for $36. The only comfort I have is knowing that Im not alone in this. This company is very much aware of their scamming practices. They believe they are untouchable.

Did not receive product it's a rip off

Was scammed I didn’t get my denture set boil and bite I got beads. Two stripe teeth mixed with hot water they over charged me.It wasn’t the ones I ordered

This company should be done for false advertisement, selling plastic Halloween teeth for $52 is absolutely criminal! Avoid at all cost as you will not receive what your hard earned money has paid for! When complained they offered $5 refund so they are making a pretty penny on scamming people.

What a waste of money.. PLEASE don't buy from this website they scam everyone.. $60 down the drain I hope you people can sleep at night..

You advertised dentures.., ok. That's what I ordered, I have the order from and everything that shows what I ordered... You filled my order correctly but it got stolen enrote to me... As the seller and me as the customer you should make good on my purchase.. after all it's not my fault your package was stolen... Most sellers of product such as these would have re-sent the dentures by now in good faith of the transaction... I am not interested in the money or a refund.. The customer is always right.... Still waiting
Seems like a scam to me..... Check with your support team,,, I don't want the refund, send me a set of dentures thank you..

This is a scam, I ordered full fit dentures and instead received a premium denture care system and was given a fake phone number to call !

If i could give-10 rating, i will. Bought artificial dentures costing me US$80, and recieved product like a halloween toy teeth/denture.
Advertisement mentioned money back guarantee satisfaction... What a BS!! To return and get refund...u have to mail the product to China and cost $60 for postage!!! NOT WORTHY 😡😡😡
Safe your money, never buy anything from this vendor.

I put this order in August 31st 2026 I haven't received my package and it's September 15 2026 China post is a scam you can't talk to anybody I've been tracking this package and every time I look at it she said it's in the United States but it's not made it to my address what can I do can I get a refund back I would never order nothing from this site anymore

This is an absolute scam! Absolutely NOTHING like advertised! DO NOT waste your money. They advertise a full set of dentures, and you get flimsy little veneers I wouldn't even use for comacon and a bag of beads.
