Hello, Jeff! Comfortable and soft is exactly what we're going for, so this one made our day.
Thanks for taking a moment to share it, hope you get plenty more wear out of them!
Easy to find and get what I wanted
Easy to find and get what I wanted. Note, got 2 pairs of shoes, size 13. Definitely smaller than the 13's I usually buy. Highly recommend going up at least a half size when ordering this product.

Hello, Russell! Really appreciate you sharing this, it's super helpful for other shoppers eyeing the same pair.
You're right that our sizing can run a touch smaller than some other brands, so thanks for calling that out. If you ever want to chat about sizing, feel free to reach out at info@stridetrail.com.
Product is well made
Product is well made, however although free delivery, arrived ten days after placing the order. This was due to international delivery and not from the UK .

Hello, Roger! Glad to hear you're happy with how the product is made.
Thanks for the note on delivery too, international shipping can add a bit more time than folks expect, so we appreciate you flagging it for other shoppers. If you ever have questions about shipping timelines, we're at info@stridetrail.com.
Better than I expected.
I always hate buying shoes online, but, the size was exactly as advertised, and they are so comfortable. I'll be recommending them to others.
Thanks :-)

Excellent Service-Good Quality
Misunderstanding corrected...
I ordered a sandal, paid and got an order number....AND downloaded their shop to track my order... I thought it was going to be a couple of days.
I emailed Customer Service and they assured me that it takes 2 weeks normally, and that my order is on its way.
They were right. I found the sandals in my mail box the two days later. Excellent quality. Light. Easy to buckle. Excellent cushin to walk on.
The follow up by cusotmer service was excellent.

Hello, Jamal! Thank you so much for coming back to update this, and for giving us the chance to sort things out. That really means a lot to us.
We're sorry for the confusion and any stress the wait caused you at first, that's never the experience we want anyone to have. But we're really glad our team could clarify the timing and that the sandals arrived just as promised.
Thank you for your purchase and for your patience with us! Sounds like they're everything we hoped, light, comfortable, and easy to buckle. Enjoy every step in them, Jamal!
