Pilates with Strictly Fitness
I have been going to Julie's classes for a while now and really look forward to them.
She is very informative regarding the different muscles we are engaging. Julie encourages every step of the way.
Weekly Pilates
Thoroughly look forward to Julie’s Pilates class on a Wednesday. Every week is different & we use a variety of equipment. Julie is always upbeat & cheerful & explains why we are doing the exercises & the benefits of them.

Excellent pilates
Julie is an excellent teacher and she makes the class fun and every week is different . The atmosphere at the Pilates class is lovely. Julie is very professional and caters for all levels .
Fantastic fitness instructor
Julie is a fantastic fitness instructor both in her face to face classes and her online ones (to be honest even then she makes you feel like she’s in the room with you, she’s so friendly). Julie is highly professional - explaining the benefits of different exercises and demonstrating the correct posture. And with Julie exercise is fun - she is enthusiastic, positive, motivational and always smiling. I’ve noticed the benefits since starting her classes - I’ve become so much fitter and stronger and have tried things I’ve never done before like weight training and combat. I thoroughly recommend Strictly Fitness and the wonderful Julie.
Excellent Pilates and PT instructor
I've been going to Julie's Pilates classes for several years and have been having 1-2-1 fitness sessions with her for nearly as long. She's a warm, friendly, knowledgeable and experienced instructor who adapts her personal training sessions to the client but she also gives you just the right amount of encouragement to push yourself just that bit harder!
Julie's Pilates is fabulous
I've recently joined Julie's Pilates class because I've been suffering with back problems since retiring!! I now know that when we retire we start new activities and this puts pressure on our bodies because we are using new areas, well, something needed to be done! Julie's classes gave me the confidence to move my body slowly and to realise I can do the movements in my own time and level. My back is better! I have off days, but keeping my body moving is very important to me and Julie's classes are fabulous, and I've made new friends!!

Brilliant workouts with fantastic tutor!
I’ve been doing workouts online with Julie for sometime now, during lockdown and ever since having previously met her as a class tutor at a gym where I used to be a member. The sessions are daily, five days a week via Facebook or zoom and extremely reasonably priced. Julie is the best tutor ever - she has a wealth of knowledge regarding the body and it’s makeup so I always feel safe because she constantly reminds us to use our core muscles and check posture etc. The workouts are also very varied and every day is different, Pilates, Aerobics, Resistance (using weights and bands) to name but a few and we now have access to advice on diet, nutrition etc. I would highly recommend anyone to join - Julie makes the workouts such fun and it is so worth getting up early every weekday morning!

Lovely, fun classes
I found Julie’s classes on Facebook and as someone that hates gym’s, decided to give them a try. I’ve never looked back! The Strictly Fit dance classes are great fun and are lovely way to keep fit. I went on my own and everyone was so welcoming. Julie is a great teacher. Pilâtes is something I’d never done before and again Julie’s classes are perfect. Everyone is very encouraging to each other and Julie really knows her stuff!
Pilates and Fitsteps Reviews
I attend Pilates and Fitsteps with Julie and both are great classes.
Fitsteps is an amazing cardio workout that doesn’t feel like exercise for the sake of it. The dances make it feel as though we’re learning a new skill - a workout for the body and mind. I can’t recommend it highly enough. You work hard but it’s fun.
Pilates is something I’ve done on and off for about ten years with Julie. I’ve suffered with a couple of bad back injuries and Pilates has helped to get me mobile again and keep me that way. Even after all of this time I’m still noticing progress and today managed to reach a level of flexibility I’ve not had since before my first episode 19 years ago! I can’t begin to describe how wonderful that feels. 18 months ago I could barely sit on the floor comfortably and now I’m suppler than I’ve been since I was in my twenties! Pilates will definitely always be a way of life for me now.
Feeling Good
I used to attend Julie’s classes at the gym and thought they were great. But since the world has changed she has adapted this online and they are amazing. I love the fusion months I sign up to, Julie makes the classes so enjoyable, everyday there is a new challenge which keeps it exciting. Julie’s classes incorporate every muscle group and I really know when I have done a workout with her. Julie is happy, fun and a brilliant teacher, would recommend anyone to her. Thank you Julie. I found Strictly Fitness and Julie on Google while looking for online fitness classes during lockdown. Julie is professional, helpful, encouraging and fun. Her classes are structured and never boring.
I take the classes via ‘live’ zoom and if I’m not available to do it ‘live’ Julie has different Facebook groups so they can be taken as and when, which I find helpful.
I’m glad I found Julie and Strictly Fitness and would highly recommend.
