Last week, I underwent a demonstration session at Stretch Zone, where I was introduced to stretching services. Initially, the experience seemed positive, and I was encouraged by the staff's promises of benefits. I then proceeded to sign a contract for further sessions.
However, the day after the demo, I began to experience significant pain and discomfort in my left knee, which had long recovered from an injury. The pain persisted beyond what I expected from a stretching regimen. I now deal with physical repercussions directly from interacting with their services. I submitted a doctor's note requesting to cancel the contract; however, the company has been unwilling to refund the initial payment made toward the contract. The manager at the Midlothian location specifically called me to reiterate that the doctor’s note should be good but only “moving forward.” So I basically paid them $198 for causing me an injury during a free demo session.

Started out great with good people who work with me and my schedule and stretch needs. Management changed and it’s all business. Every good employee left and there is never anyone here. Canceled my membership and will use my last appointments that are payed for and be done with these people.

The staff who provide the stretching service are quite lovely. However, they are not set up to honor appt times. I was cancelled on multiple times as a new member. They no longer have staff available on Sundays. As a result of the inconsistency, I wanted to cancel my membership. You cannot cancel online. You can only cancel by contacting your local studio. Local studio will not return my call. They were very easy to reach before I signed up. Now that they have me on recurring charges…impossible. The only thing I could do was try to dispute my charges with credit card company. This company doesn’t even have a central phone number to reach for customer service issues with the local studios.

These guys are the worst. They are not interested in people getting well. It is money scam, a ripp off. Do not go there. They are horrible.

I've been to STRETCHZONE twice and have already seen benefits! The Short Pump location in Richmon, VA has quality professionals ready to help you gain mobility and flexibility. I highly recommend checking it out!

Chase has helped me substantially.
My doctor had told me I had Bursitis in my left hip last July.
I tried the stretches he recommended but the pain has not subsided.
I started The Stretch Zone 3 months ago.
The pain has not completely gone but it less painful.

I find it beneficial because I can't stretch myself and getting help is very helpful especially first thing in the morning.

RIPOFF - So you signup, then cannot get them on the phone to actually schedule an appointment. They bill you despite THEM not responding to set an appointment. I tried calling tier HQ in Florida, but their VM is full. I'm reporing them to MOCO consumer affairs. THE WORST.

I have had nothing but success at the Stretch Zone. My left side was uncomfortable when traveling in the car, since the Zone there is no pain Monica is an excellent stretcher! Highly recommend.

They are not honest . I became very sick and ask for a refund with dr's order not to do the stretch , I am on oxygen , got a lung infection . now Tressa will not even acknoldge the dr order. it said in contract if unable to do the would refund .your money they will not ,

If you don’t confirm, they will cancel your appointment. Please don’t forget to carry your phone so you don’t miss the message to confirm. Otherwise you will be cancelled. All professional businesses remind you of your appointment and state that if you can’t make it to cancel. Not this business. I have never had experienced this with anyone. By the way when I asked why, they said I didn’t confirm and they offered a later appointment. Basically, they gave my appointment away at 6:30 am for my already confirmed appointment at 11:00 am. My very first free appointment I showed up to a dark studio. apparently the therapist felt sick and went home. she did email me but I didn't get it till I arrived as I was driving the 45 minutes to get there. next one was even further away. same thing but there was a therapist there. she checked and said she realiser she forgot to message me. third time the therapist had car trouble. they rescheduled for ir one further away.

my friend I share the account with called and scheduled that same day at the same location. but she couldn't see him because I had been moved to that location. that stretch is still on the account as used but never was.

impossible to find information...even an address on the app. you have to look it up other ways. I am still trying to figure out how to cancel. it's a nightmare.

I was lied to. I went on for my free 30 minute session. They of course tried to sell me a package. I told Matt I didn't want a membership so he told me I could pay$200 for 4 sessions and if I wanted to do it again after those 4 sessions I could. I did my 4 sessions then Jillian asked if I wanted to pay for 4 more and I did. Now it's turned into a 3 month commitment that I told them I didn't want. I signed the form but Matt told me he took off the part where it was a membership so I could pay for just the 4 sessions. I'd love for management to see how they lose a good customer. I would have continued being a client but I dont like being lied to or tricked.

This place is awesome if you want to improve your physical life the employees are very kind and skilled at performing the right stretches for you body issues it can see pricy but is worth the money for the results you get(-:

Very deceptive sell tactics. At the initial assessment, payment was made and discussed for the first month. It was not discussed or understood that there is a 90 day “commitment” nor that there was an automatic draft from my account monthly. Attempts to call and discuss were rudely dismissed and they are hard to reach.

I purchased a package at the Stretch Zone for $200. This was to be for four sessions, which will not expire and can be used anywhere now I understand that they will not honor my package at all. He said that John who sold me my package no longer worked for Stretch Zone, and would I like to buy another package that will not expire of course. Ha ha ha fool me once – – shame on you —-fool me twice – – shame on me. What a scam.

The session for good. Then was sat down to a small I Pad the employee held, which I could not read.
given 3 options. I chose $220. a month for once a week. Never given the contract to read-just sign.
then find out it is an automatic charge on my credit card. I will cancel as there was no full disclosure or copy of contract to me.

Katelin has been fantastic. She has helped me work through two long time injuries. Her ability to adapt with me every week has been crucial to my progress. Every week I walk a little taller and a little faster. Thank you!!

This place is icky. They are not transparent about their agreement and cancellation policy. I looked further into the details AFTER they verbally told me the agreement and policy. It was a different agreement than what I was told. Now looking back, it seems like a tactic to get people to sign up with their credit card and then lock them into something. It will be very hard to complete my stretch sessions I already paid for while knowing the company is not truthful to their customers. I will share my negative experience whenever possible to save people their money, time, and energy.

I had a good experience with my local franchise. They are receiving a one star review because I have received over 30 emails in the last 13 hours for locations that are thousands of miles from me. DO NOT GIVE THEM YIUR EMAIL ADDRESS!!!!
