Malfunctioning recliner fixed by retailer; a good result
On delivery, the slide on one side of the chair did not move properly. The chair twice tipped to one side and threw me to the floor.
Subsequently, the retailer's technician inspected the chair. He discovered that when carrying the chair up some stairs to my apartment, by lifting the chair incorrectly the delivery men had accidentally pulled apart some of the mechanism.
Once the technician had reassembled the chair, it was fine and I am pleased with it and the retailer's prompt action.

Very satisfied
We have had a number of Stressless chairs and settees for 10 + years. They are wearing well due to the quality of the materials. Just recently we added a Magic battery powered recliner to the collection. Great stuff and very comfortable.

Friendly helpful staff but not pushy at all.

love my new chair.... I was very excited... pity the store guys weren't that fussed... its just the Consul one said..... as he went and got it from out the back. They did help me load it into my car at least.

Design Initial Brisbane
Design Initial Brisbane, had a very comprehensive range of Stressless furniture which made it so much easier to choose the right chairs. Peter S's advice on fabric (we chose wool) and colour was invaluable.
The delivery was earlier than expected and the product exceeds expectations.
The chairs have changed the whole look of our lounge. Style and colour are perfect to complement our colourful rug.
As for comfort.......it's going to be hard to stay awake they are so comfy! Stressless is definitely the right choice!

Superb product and a superb service at Pfitzners Norwood.
We recently purchased two Stressless Mayfair model armchairs. They are so comfortable we do not want to get out of them. The value and range of chairs and other furniture in the Pfitzner Norwood showroom was very broad and reflected quality in a calm, pleasant environment. The knowledge, patience and effort that were made by the sales team to ensure our needs were met could not have been better. In addition, the quality of their delivery service and the helpfulness of the delivery men were also an absolute credit to their employer. Superb service and a superb product.

The Sofa arrived with the beautiful lines that chose it for.
The Sofa arrived well packed, undamaged and with the beautiful lines that we shopped for.
The initial searching / ordering was done at Domayne's new Macgregor show rooms. But, we have experienced Stressless lounge chairs for a decade.
The purchasing experience was spoilt by the retailers clunky payment and delivery system. It is the age of IT and yet we were being asked for verbal disclosure of credit card details, over the phone ! There were no ethernet outages, just sloppy business systems unable to show proof of payment, effecting the delivery stage.
In the end it was all sorted...delivered within the 24 hours of the pack landing at the store. It is our clunky banking payment systems that are not customer oriented.
