I was fan of this tote style for so long but the nano was so small and midi size was too big for me. I love that they added mini into this tote sections and this size is perfect for me. I wish Strathberry do the same for mosaic line. A mini mosaic bad between the nano and regular size would be great.

De website is heel duidelijk en werkt goed. De prijzen worden direct getoond in Euro's. Na een bestelling heb je nog 15 minuten om te wijzigen of te annuleren. Maar waarom zou je dit doen? Het zijn prachtige en kwalitatieve hoogstaande producten van Strathberry. Vakmanschap dat eruit springt. I love it.

Better than advertised
The bag (I ordered a mosaic) is better than advertised. The leather is soft and the colour (sand) goes with almost everything. Lovely craftsmanship. I'm truly happy with my purchase. Shipping to Germany took about a week though.

Quality not corresponding with price
I like this model so much that, despite my previous unsuccessful purchase, I decided to order the Mosaic Nano again. I was really looking forward to receiving it and sincerely hoped there wouldn’t be any issues with the craftsmanship this time. Unfortunately, that’s not the case — you can judge for yourselves from the attached photos.
I don’t believe that the workmanship, or even the leather quality, matches the price point or the luxury segment your brand positions itself in.

In-store services were excellent. Staff were really helpful in ensuring I went with the size bag that would work best for me. Love love love my bag - I got the Mosaic bag. Haven’t put it down since I made the purchase and looking forward to getting the Nano as well. Highly recommend.

Poor Quality Control and Unresponsive Customer Service
Not sure how my order passed Quality Control! The exterior Strathberry box arrived covered in marks and scratches. Underneath the tissue paper the dustbag was filthy and covered in marks and loose threads. The Mosaic bag itself has damage to the metal components. The detachable strap (very messily wrapped) has glue balls on the end which are covered in red fluff!
Customer service are completely unresponsive and according to their social media team 'very busy' but will respond at some point!
The bag was purchased for an event and I have now had to take time out to go and buy a replacement piece.
The boutique staff are lovely and always very helpful but completely let down by QA and customer service.
I also purchased a bag from DeMellier the week before and they have been fantastic! The bag arrived beautifully packaged and customer service was amazing and responsive.

Disappointing quality control
I bought the Midi Tote in Bridle Leather Whiskey in January and returned it due to what looked like grease stains. Unfortunately, that colour had then sold out, so I accepted a refund.
It came back in stock this month so I repurchased it. However, to my surprise and mild annoyance, it arrived with scratches and stitching issues. At this point, I thought, okay...third time lucky, so I opted for an exchange, which I was told would be thoroughly checked before dispatch.
Well...the third bag arrived today, and guess what? It's damaged AGAIN! There's a scratch and a small dent on the front. They're not huge flaws, but if I wanted a scratched bag, I would have bought it second hand.
This was my first experience with Strathberry and it has been so disappointing. Especially as I've had my eye on this bag for ages. To their credit, Strathberry's customer service is responsive and did honour the sale price I paid for the first bag on my second purchase. However, their quality control definitely leaves something to be desired. The bag looks to be out of stock online so now I need to decide whether to live with it or arrange ANOTHER return.

Beautiful bag helping my recovery
I’ve wanted to treat myself to something special following 2 dreadful health diagnoses. I have a tiny amount of disposable income to play with and searched the internet for hours to find that special thing. I love the Princess of Wales and her style and saw her with one of your bags. That led me to your site and your fabulous bags! Oh my, they took my breath away!!! Scottish heritage, even better, my Grandfather was Scottish. Trawled through them all, every detail, the size, the shape, the look. Taking into account my budget and requirements I found my perfect choice and couldn’t believe it was discounted !! I ordered it straight away and it arrived promptly. It’s sat in my view right now, beautiful, gleaming, smelling gorgeous. I’m just waiting for the day, not too long now, that I can wear it. Got my outfit planned, my route, where I’m going and will make sure my beauty is on show all the way through my first venture after my recent surgery. It’s actually helping me make sure I do everything I can to get fit and well quickly. It’s just a bag! Ha ha, oh no it’s not xxxx
