I ordered a Garmin VivoActive5 watch band and it came within six days. I am so happy with it. It’s absolutely brilliant but unfortunately when measuring i red the size wrong by not measuring it properly. I did order the wrong size. when going through the process of an exchange I’ve never received such quick and kind service, I’m so excited to receive my new watch band definitely recommending this website to all of my friends!!!

My bands arrived really quickly after i placed the order. Unfortunately i ordered the incorrect size band for my watch. Strapify have been excellent in allowing me to exchange the bands without any questions

Quality is not good and i paid more than $75 for leather strip but very poor quality also vendor refuse to refund.

Strapify have been very easy to deal with. The website is super helpful and very simple to use...The product turned up quickly even arriving before the expected date confirmed.

I ordered a watch strap for my Garmin watch and was pleasantly suprised that it said please leave the model details in the purchase notes so you get the correct order ..I obviously ordered wrong as Sam emailed back saying my order was not compatible to my watch and to send a photo of the back of the watch for model details so now I have new correct order being sent and the extra fee for new watch band has been waived.. Sam was courteous, professional and personable and would recommend the whole experience .. this is a Monday and I only ordered on Saturday night..!! 😊👍🏼

Very happy with Strapify. The first delivery was “lost” by Australia Post. They sent a replacement straight away. Great service.

Had a fantastic customer support experience with Strapify and Sam. I had a watch strap delivered to my house which was unfortunately stolen. I got in touch with the Strapify support team and Sam replied in minutes. I provided confirmation that I had contacted Australia Post and from there, a replacement was arranged.
All took place over a 10 minute period. Very thankful to Strapify and Sam.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size band, but Strapify’s customer service was super fast and helpful in getting back to me and sorting it out an exchange. The quality of the band looks really good, and while I’m still waiting on the correct size to arrive so I can properly test the fit, everything so far has been a positive experience.

Such good customer experience - really prompt reply and very clear information on how to select the right strap. On top of that, a great selection of watch straps I hadn't seen before.
