I ordered the wrong size strap for my watch and the customer service team was quick to email me and help to correct my order before it shipped. Very grateful to have had that extra service and ensure I could use the correct strap.

I accidentally ordered the wrong watch strap, but Strapify were amazing. They replied to my email within 24 hours and kindly offered to exchange it for the correct one. The whole experience was smooth and their customer service was fantastic. Highly recommend

The strapify team have been super helpful and responsive with my queries. They were really quick in sending the band. The quality of the band was really high and will be look great with my Garmin.

If I could give more stars I would. Everything about this company is amazing the offers and sales, the contact with customer service was immediate and so helpful and generous. My order arrived with 3 days which is incredible at the moment, I ordered the wrong size the whole exchange for a new strap was one of the best companies I had the pleasure to deal with. This is my second purchase from Strapify, and it won’t be my last. The process of buying a watch band is so straightforward, and their customer service is excellent, they make sure you get the right band for your watch. It’s great to see a small business that cares about getting it right. I also love the extensive range, it's very much a one stop shop!

The default garmin strap was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t wear it, aggravating my skin and the holes were never in quite the right spot.

The Strapify [QuickFit] Weaved Elastic Loop band solved all of those problems, letting me adjust it exactly as I needed it (could even tighten/loosen on the move while running, and the fabric let my wrist breathe better than the rubber band.

Really nice watch bands and the service is excellent. I ordered the wrong size and they sent me a new one straight away and didn't even make me return the one I ordered. Highly recommend Strapify to anyone looking for a watch band.

I have had a terrific customer service with Sam from Strapify when a watch I bought approx 2 months earlier broke a link.
Sam got back to me the next business day and agreed that Strapify would exchange the band under warranty. He even said he would swap the size of the band to fit the new watch that I had recently bought!
