the order was incorrect
the order was placed and the delivery was prompt and well packaged. unfortunately there was an incorrect numbers of fittings to what was ordered. as the order was all wrapped up and taken directly to site we did not spot the shortage of parts until it was to late.
i have contacted the company and they say they delivered the correct amount(which is untrue)
do not rely on the company
If you place an order for materials which have lots items and you don't need them for a few weeks, you don't normally open them until you require them as once opened they can get lost. You put your trust in the order being correct

All we ask from our customers is any issues with orders they are brought to our attention within 2 days of delivery.
Your order however was placed 3 weeks ago with no issues brought to our attention at point of delivery.
We have provided proof of delivery with the total weight of the goods as requested plus your delivery note to cross check this with.
The images on our carriers portal ( to which we have passed across ) also show no damage to the bags meaning no goods were missing in transit.
I feel we offer a very good delivery service and customers can rely on us to get the goods they have ordered on time and in full.
Due to your order being 3 weeks old anything could of happened to these bags on site so makes it hard for us to try and resolve this.

Next day delivery didn’t happen…
Liked the Offering of next day delivery…. But…. This did not happen. Upon enquiry Was left not knowing whether the item would be delivered or not. Apparently it was the delivery companies fault. Hey ho… these things happen but was inconvenient.

Sadly we cant not 100% guarantee next day deliveries as we use 3rd party carriers. On request we try and get eta's but as you can imagine the depots would have to pull drivers off the road to get updates to which would delay deliveries.
