Terrible owners rude would be better if they sold

Been a loyal customer for years, then melty face septic tanks take over and make a bollix of it. GLAZERS OUT

Used to be a great shop but has been well and truly run into the ground by the owners. Poor quality products, horrendous customer service and the shops are in such bad condition they are practically disgusting. I will not be back

To be fair for most of us not involved or invested in the business the product is great value for money. I look forward to every weekend and get as much as I can as it makes me feel really good. Please keep going and bring us more - loving the experience

Products not as described and awful customer service when I went to there. Not what it once used to be.

This business used to have loads of success until 2 greedy owners bought the company and kept taking money out of the business last week I came here too see if they finnaly bought FDJ the one item I wanted this summer they had the money to do it but instead they went on and cancelled the promise that was made and gave me the rabiot bag and I was honestly fuming the even went on and try to release the Aurnatovic bag but the customers didn't want it and they didn't do it thank god. they also made promises to change the building a bit and make it more modern but they also lied about that they don't care about anything other than money it's a disgrace. So I hope when me and mate Erik go here again in January or July they give us what they have promised and make the company great again

Horrible customer service and the staff was truly unprofessional. However, the owners are even worse! Greedy bankers who care about nothing other than money in their pockets.

TIME TO SELL

Absolutely appealed when I found out the owners don’t give me the product I want and instead just take my money. Encourage everyone not to buy from this franchise 😡😡😡😡

I spent a significant amount of money on a stoney clover backpack only for it to rip at the seams within a week. Customer service were no help. Finally got through to the owners. All they could offer me was a 5% voucher on my next purchase.

I ordered a bag and it was so overpriced by the owners, it then took 3 transfer windows to agree the same price as in the first one and when it arrived it wasnt even the bag i ordered! I orded the FDJ bag as i saw alot of potential but instead i got this old washed french bag with long greasy hair

Absolute horrible customer service. They literally make it clear they only want your money and to leave as fast as possible. Do not support these creatures.
