Stone Tile Depot Anmeldelser

Victor was very helpful in providing us a quick quote and speedy shipping for our customers pool. would buy from this company again as long as marble arrives as advertised

I would not recommend purchasing tile through Stone Tile Depot! I had a horrible experience working with them trying to return excess tile. The company is not customer-friendly and in many cases was unresponsive when I reached out for help.

If StoneTile would like to provide me with a specific number to reach out to for further discussion about my order, I would appreciate that.

Ana rojas was great to work with and got my order to me quickly!

Ana was wonderful, so helpful and so efficient. I also appreciated the delivery service being accomodating and giving a reasonable window (not expecting my client to be in all day!)

I had an issue with website, but it was solved via chat in minutes, with minimum actions.

Great experience! Ana was so friendly and helpful from start to finish!

Ana has been great. I am looking forward to ordering more tile from her very soon.

Ana was SO helpful from start to finish! We have not installed the tile yet, but it will surely look beautiful in our bathroom!

I taught customer service for 30 years. Your team is excellent. You made the process easy and quick and you answered all my questions. I may be ordering more tile very soon..
Thank you.

Ana was amazing. She answered every question. Ana me feel confident with my purchase.

Ana was so very helpful when we had the wrong item sent. She solved the problem for us quickly. She is always available when I call. If she is on another call, she returns my call right away.
The stone tile we ordered for our customer is beautiful and of good quality. Our customer is very pleased. Thank you

Responsive virtual service to place the order.

Very responsive and personal service.

I haven’t received my order, but I have had excellent customer service with this order…we have revised our selection and quantity multiple times as our design plans have evolved, and Victor never failed to follow up and graciously revise the order for me!

Great customer service! I have ordered from this company multiple times. They have great prices, and a good selection. The tile arrives intact. The last order I placed, they went above and beyond recognizing that the tile I ordered was actually a paver instead of a floor tile. They called and emailed to confirm before they shipped it out. Sure enough I ordered the wrong thing, they took the time to look up the tile I had ordered previously, made sure the right one was then ordered and made the change order really simple. I appreciated them going the extra mile to avoid the headache and cost of me ordering/receiving the wrong tile.

Victor was very helpful and communication was great. First time ordering from them and will again!
Looking forward to using their beautiful products again!

Very pleased with the quality of the tiles. Shipped securely with no breakage.

Very fast shipping and beautiful stone pebble tiles. we put this in a small bathroom floor installation and it turned out so nice! It looks like a beach in Bali.

Ordering was a breeze! Victor helped me get the best price for the tiles needed for a master bathroom remodel. Everything shipped quickly and was exactly as pictured. I will definitely order from Vitor for my next project.

Prices are higher than competitors but good customer service
