Stone Tile Depot Anmeldelser

I saw a particular tile on the website that I thought might work for my project. I bought a sample, and it was well packaged and delivered promptly.

Don’t deliver on terms or promises. I received 30% damaged tiles. They even have the audacity to say 5% is normal. It isn’t. You can go to a store and pick out tiles which aren’t damaged. They ship product. Not square and edges are not glazed. Install is a nightmare. They say follow manufacturer install instruction. There are none and nothing included to even to detail in the packaging. I write them to state delivery issues and no response. There were no chips found in the plastic wrapped packing yet the tiles were damaged which shows they were shipped damaged. Again crickets. Don’t use this company.

Shipping was fast and accurate!

Great deal on accent tile. Way cheaper than local distributor for the same tile. Thanks

I needed a lot of assistance editing an order I had submitted incorrectly. Ana and the other staff members were very kind and helpful in finding a positive solution for me in a timely manner.

Customer service is very professional. I an sealing my own natural terracotta tiles by hand and so far all is going well.

This is BEAUTiful product and high quality.

Victor was a great help. He was patient and was able to keep our ticket open while my wife and I drove to the new house and verified tile thickness. I wish all CSR's were as helpful.

Amazing products at competitive prices, BUT without exorbitant shipping costs like most companies.

Customer service is spot on and tiles appear so far to have arrived without any broken, which almost never happens!

second order of tiles went very smoothly; the shipping company followed the instructions for delivery and once again john and david followed up on every step of delivery; great customer service.

Great expirience

I was told the tiles were from the same batch and as my previous pruchase. I never thought they would exactly match colors, the colors are not close, but the size of the tiles was different! some as much as 1/4". I was very disappointed in what I was shipped and my results were underwhelming.

beautiful marble, great customer service, amazing prices

The tiles I received were beautiful but a large number of the tiles had a mesh backing attached that could not be removed. The mesh was not described in the item listing, was not consistent through the order, and is not industry standard for 4x4 single tiles. I use the tiles for my business and cannot use them with the mesh for the product that I produce.
Stone Tile Depot would not accept a return without me paying for the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. I buy thousands of square feet of tile every year and had hoped to work with them in the future if they could provide tile without mesh but am disappointed with the return situation.

Stone Tile Depot customer service was exceptional. They took care of my needs and the product I purchased elevated the look of our bathroom.

We had a difficult customer, could not make a decision, Orlando hung in there with us till the end and we made our purchase. The ordering was easy, the experience, great. We'll definitely being buying from them again in the future.

They are great!! the delivery awesome and I never had to worry about the delivery or the quality.

Thanks!!

Great store! I found a wide variety of high-quality tiles. Customer service was clear and helpful
