We're sorry to learn that the refill didn't provide the same fragrance strength as the original diffuser. Your feedback is valuableb for us, and we'll share it with our product team as we continually work to improve our products. Factors such as the age of the reeds or the environment can also affect fragrance performance, so replacing the reeds when using a refill can often help maximise diffusion.

Hit and miss
The Milan reed diffuser has a gorgeous scent but I would hesitate to recommend it as it doesn’t appear to have a particularly long shelf life. I bought three bottles; the first two were great but the third one seems to have gone off. It’s supposed to be a clear liquid; my one is a vexing shade of orangey brown. It has very little scent and zero throw.
Stoneglow have no interest in addressing this problem and have told me to take it back to the store from which I purchased it. I won’t be going anywhere with it, not least because I suspect that the store will be equally unhelpful. I also won’t be forking out for any more stoneglow products. The “Water” candles were also a complete waste of money because, despite how lovely they smelt in the box, they have no scent at all whilst burning.
In a single purchase, I bought reed diffusers, candles and oils. One way or another I’ve had negative experiences with all of them (the oil wouldn’t come out until I punched holes in the dropper insert) and would not, for that reason, recommend buying them as gifts before trying them out yourself.

Regarding the issue with the third diffuser, our policy is that products not purchased directly from Stoneglow must be returned to the original retailer for assessment. Also a proof of purchase is required before any further action. The retailer is responsible for providing a replacement or refund in line with their returns process, and they can also liaise with us if required.
We genuinely regret that this has left you feeling disappointed, as this is not the experience we want our customers to have. We appreciate your comments regarding the candles and fragrance oil as well, and we will ensure your feedback is shared with our product team for review.

The glass jar candle has tunnel burnt…
The glass jar candle has tunnel burnt leaving a huge amount wasted. Also it has burnt unevenly as the wick is off centre. I emailed Stoneglow explaining the problem, I received an email advising me to fill out their questionnaire which did not work. I have sent several emails together with photos to support my complaint but nothing further has been done by Stoneglow to rectify the issue. It is obvious by the photos what has happened it does not need a questionnaire...their initial response was the usual ' we have not had any complaints registered with these candles ' ADELINA OSMAN from Stoneglow it seems has stopped responding. Appalling customer service...
In response to your reply...I did not say Stoneglow has not replied...I said I have not had a reply to my email regarding the ' questionnaire ' I explained the cursor did not respond so I was not able to fill out the questionnaire, I made that quite clear. I also explained the candle was a gift so I would not know where it was purchased or the cost of the candle. You have ignored all of my explanation and still insist on filling out your questionnaire which is not possible from my tab. I was told to line the jar with foil there is no space to do this....as you can clearly see in the photos I provided.
The candle is not fit for purpose...

I was ordering from the unwanted become the wanted diffusers, I placed 2 in the basket but when I had checked out I saw just one, so I was really confused if I was going to receive 2 for the price of 1 in this clearance. I messaged customer services and honestly within the same morning my mistake had been rectified and I was really pleased with my order I received 8 bottles of different smells so highly pleased

Always had good experience with them. Their candles are super nice (and without bubbles in them like I had when buying the large Jo Malone ones :-( ) and the team is super nice and responsive. I think it is a small business which makes it even more valuable to buy from them I feel.

I’ve been really impressed by Stone…
I’ve been really impressed by Stone Glow. I’d bought one of their candles in a garden centre and discovered that it was fantastic quality, lit easily, burned slowly and smelled amazing. I wanted to buy more of the same scent and so found the website. The buying process was easy, the delivery was quick and very well wrapped and I’m thrilled with the free gift that came with my purchase. All in all it’s been a fantastic experience.

The wrong order was sent to me, however it was dealt with very quickly by Adelina. As a gesture of good will, she told me to keep the candles I’d been sent by mistake and arranged for my own order to be delivered. It arrived the next day.

My Stoneglow order arrived damaged so i reported it online . Adelina from customer service responded promptly with an apology on behalf of the courier and arranged to send out a replacement product straight away .

Bought sea salt citrus candle and…
Bought sea salt citrus candle and unfortunately no scent came off candle.
Sent email to company to complain and they advised me to complete complaint form rather than my first option. On completing this received email back saying I had used candle too much and there wasn’t much left. I stated that reason for this was to try and get some sort of scent from it, unfortunately I was advised to return product to shop, this is some 72 miles away and isn’t going to happen
Would not advise buying this product.

Please be assured that we take every complaint seriously. We can confirm that the candle you purchased is part of our new SS26 collection and that all products undergo rigorous quality control checks prior to distribution.
Our team has reviewed the image provided, which indicate that the candle has been used almost entirely. As this product has a 40-hour burn time, any issues regarding the fragrance should be noticeable within the first few hours of use.
Furthermore, per our company policy, if a product was not purchased directly from our website, we recommend contacting the original point of purchase for resolution. We understand that in this instance, the retailer is located 72 miles away however we have not been notified about this in your first email.
As previously confirmed by our customer service team, you are welcome to return the candle to us for further inspection. If the product is found to be faulty, we will provide you with a replacement.
