Fantastic advice via the text service from the start . I was worried about them being able to deliver due to my driveway and road. Was advised on type of bag to order and easily sent photos to confirm they could deliver to me. The guy sorted it out so I didn't have to worry and there was no confusion .
Website was easy to use and it was easy to place the order.. Competitively priced .
The delivery driver was fantastic and able to exceed expectations and because he could drive was able to place the bags far neater than I thought possible . Hassle free delivery . The bags were well filled and look like great quality. I would purchase from stone and surfaces again.

The product itself was perfect. I was able to choose a specific delivery date and pricing was really clear.
The confirmation email said I’d get a time slot for delivery the day before, however this didn’t happen. I called the morning of delivery and they quickly phoned back to tell me I had an afternoon slot which would likely arrive between 2-4pm. Delivery arrived at 12:30pm.

Excellent customer service ensuring my delivery was on time and the bulk bag of slate was left where I had requested.

Delivery arrived as detailed in the email, the driver was very polite and dropped the jumbo bags where I needed them.

Once the slate was in its final place, I washed it off with the garden hose. The quarry dust washed away and all the beautiful colours of the slate come through.

There were initial issues with the delivery being delayed due to a damaged pallet but I found that the SSD team were highly responsive and quickly resolved the issue without any fuss.

The slate was delayed by one day due to a driver shortage. After my initial delivery enquiry, I was kept informed by a series of friendly phone calls.
The stone was delivered in good condition and without problems.

Ordering was fine and it was delivered within timescales given but delivery was awful, the guy refused to move the palate off the pavement so it blocked it and he was unhelpful, rude and we would never use the company again because of him.
