Excellent service all round
I had been looking to extend my existing patio but had been struggling to find a way to buy the 7m2 of Indian sandstone which I required for the job. Most options on the internet forced me to buy a minimum of 15m2 which was simply too much in terms of materials and cost. That was until I discovered Stone Traders. They allowed me to purchase the paving I needed by the m2, and with a combination of sizes.
Not only were they friendly, and extremely accommodating to my delivery needs, they also went out of their way to help.
The paving arrived on time, and was a perfect match to my existing patio. Overall an excellent service and I would highly recommend.

Late delivery
Delivery was awful. Ordered at the weekend, paid £87 + £5 surcharge for delivery in 2 working days. Received phone call on Monday to say delivery would be on Wednesday. Received another call on Wednesday to say delivery was on Thursday. Nothing came on Thursday. Called them on Friday and he was adamant it was delivered on Wednesday but did promise to double check and update me. I didn't get any update but thankfully it was delivered later on on Friday. But this wasn't a 2 working day delivery as I paid for. Very disappointed.

Hi Emma
We are so sorry you had a bad experience with your recent delivery. We do endeavour to make sure all our deliveries are on time, however, sometimes due to various issues this does not happen. We do state on our web site that whilst 99% of our deliveries get to their destination on time there may be 1 or 2 that have delays & to give yourself a bit of leeway for delivery. We hope you are happy with your product & again apologies for the delay in delivery.

Perfect patio,
I needed 55 sq m of paving stone for the patio and searching on line I came across Stonetraders sale on Indian tiles.
They arrived within days and are just what we wanted. The price was easily the most competitive.

Hi Rafael
We are very sorry you had problems with your delivery which we know can be very frustrating. Unfortunately, we rely on a third party delivery courier for area's outside ours so when they have traffic, hub or overload issues it reflects on us so we totally understand your complaint. Again we do apologise & hope you may try us again in the future where we will give you a discount as a token of good faith.

Helpful and friendly staff.
I have recently placed an order for some paving slabs with Ted, and have found him to be very efficient, helpful and polite towards me.
He had emailed me some photos of a certain stone, which decided my decision on them.
I recommend them.
Cathy was also helpful.

Hi Tom
We are very sorry to hear that you have not been happy with your delivery. Orders need to be in before 12pm so we can prepare the order & send it out for delivery, however you made your order after 4pm on the day before Good Friday so we were not able to send your order out until the Tuesday after the Easter weekend. We rely on a third party delivery company for any orders that are not local so unfortunately once the goods leave us we put our faith in them to deliver our customers goods on time. 99% of the time this works really well & customers get their goods on time & are happy, however, if a certain depot is struggling with overload due to the Bank Holiday weekend, they do push deliveries back & unfortunately you were one of those customers. We can only apologise for your late delivery & would like to compensate you by refunding you your delivery cost which I will arrange immediately.
Kindest Regards
