I have come to expect nothing less than five star service from Stitch and Story. They have always delivered on service and quality of goods.

I ordered a £20 grab bag as a treat to myself. This is my first order from Stitch and Story and it will not be my last. Gorgeously packaged and the chunky wool is so lovely to knit with. A real treat xx

I bought an Afghan pattern, it’s very simple and easy to understand. I am crocheting it now, not finish yet, but is coming alone just beautiful.

Stitch and Story offer an excellent service,and have a selection of their own yarns plus other craft products which are great quality and good value for money

I have recently bought a kit, which was beautifully packaged with clear instructions. Unfortunately the quality of the wool was poor with splits along sections of the wool. I reached out to customer services who agreed that the quality was poor and have given me a £10 voucher to use to replace the wool. The minimum order is £20. So I will have to spend another £10 in order to get a replacement to complete the project. Surely this can’t be right. I don’t understand why they cannot send me a replacement ball.

I ordered yarn around August 6th and as of today it still didn’t ship and customer service wasn’t even able to give me an estimated date as to when the yarn would ship. I asked if it would be weeks to months or what because I bought this yarn to make a baby gift. I ended up cancelling my over after wasting a whole month waiting for my order to ship, which it never even did!

While I understand and respect supply chain issues, Stitch and Story's canceling my order simply because I emailed requesting a status update after 13 days since I placed my order, is very frustrating and disappointing.

I was willing to still wait for my order and would have been satisfied with the explanation given, but canceling my order, thus sending any reorder I might make to the back of the queue is no good.

Further the suggestion that I look to order from Amazon, where the products cost more and only one of the kits I ordered is available, felt tacky and ill advised.

I would be grateful to see this situation remedied, as I was so looking forward to the receiving the kits I ordered. Is it at all possible to have my order reinstated with expedited shipping, or at least placed back in it's original place in line??

I ordered and received a really cute pattern from this company and I was so excited to order yarn necessary to complete the project. But weeks after I ordered my yarn, I got an email, which was sent to junk mail, stating that shipments were “delayed” and there was no ETA on when my order would be sent. The email said “no changes can be made to orders at this time”, which made me think I couldn’t get a refund.

Communication with customer service was delayed and a little wonky. But the customer service people were ultimately helpful and refunded me.

I hope the warehouse issues get settled soon, so I can try this company again.

Customer Service is as great as their products. I absolutely love the new Pusheen collection. I bought the espresso yourself cross stitch after making the smart cookie one and they are the cutest kits ever. So easy to work with and adorable too. I can't wait to do the next two I've bought.

They are absolutely great, fast delivery, and the actual cross stitch kits are adorable! I haven’t had time to start them yet, but they look like they will be great. Everything arrived in perfect condition owing to good packaging.
