No delivery, no way of contacting by phone as number not recognised. One text from James but no follow up or delivery. Raised refund request, still waiting.

Something has definitely changed with this company.
I have used in the past with great satisfaction, but this all changed in May.
Ordered fillet steaks from email promotion. Money taken strait away with a delivery date of 03 June - still waiting!!
Tried contacting via email with no response. Next it was telephone only to get Incorrect number dialled. Finally WhatsApp, only to get a message that they are no longer on WhatsApp.
I can only think that they are taking peoples money and going to disappear.
Still getting emails offering chateaubriand, which I suspect is a continuing scam.
I have now contacted VISA and left them to take the case on board.
Do not use this company🤮

I placed an order on 31 May for delivery on 10 June. Stilton stated they had issues with their system and my order was delayed. They stated in the email they would call after 2pm on 10 June. I received no call I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with them regarding my order with very little joy.

I have been a customer of Stilton Butchers for years, but I find the current level of customer service terrible.

I would not recommend them at all

Really bad customer service... My order should have been delievered on 10th June. No sign of my order, no response to e-mails and WhatsApp messages. Yet I have been charged for the order. I'm also getting e-mails encouraging me to place another order!!!! Shocking communication and feeling very frustrated.

Still waiting for my refund from January. No response to my messages or e-mails (including to the new e-mail address).

I realise its difficult for all if us atm but as a pensioner, trying to feed two other pensioners, I think this company is despicable.

I received a confirmation email regarding delivery but it’s not happened for the second time - phone never gets answered - I had an e mail saying their issues had now been resolved and be in touch regarding orders but nothing - the new and old e mail addresses they have I keep getting emails returned back so don’t know how to communicate now

They are still sending e mails with offers out every day!!! - started a chargeback now as fed up with it all

I placed an order on 26/5 with delivery scheduled for3/6 . Todate i have not received my order although my credit card account has been debated . I have attempted to follow up via email on several occasions but have yet to receive a response . Buyer beware .

I have been trying to reach you to find out about my missed delivery after agreeing with James a revised date. I also have contacted you to suggest that you combine delivery of both orders. Ordered delivery was meant to be 4 June , never arrived , have emailed twice , no reply, just wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Terrible service .

waiting months for my meat package and I had to do PayPal dispute to get my money back

Order was processed, money left my account. Did my shopping on Friday, not buying meat because my order was due for delivery. Happened to check my bank account mid afternoon and found the money had been refunded to my account. No email or text to inform me the delivery had been cancelled.

I ordered at the end of May for a 10 June delivery.
On the 10th I was emailed that their were some issues causing delivery delays but, that someone would phone me personally that day to re arrange a delivery date.
I did not receive promised phone call. I tried to phone but Both contact numbers were said to be a Wrong Number & the best way forward was to email. I have emailed for clarity on the situation but have received no reply.
So to date, zero communication. No phone number to speak with anyone.
I don’t mind my order being Late if there is an issue but I do expect to kept informed. If this cannot be done I expect an immediate Full Refund.
I certainly didn’t expect to see Stilton Butchers all over social medial with various offers & are still taking orders - that they are Clearly not able to fulfill.
I do not appreciate being stolen from. Right now, Stilton Butchers have my money for an order they are not able to send me. That to me is Theft !!
I have used Stilton Butchers previously without issue. This situation is beyond disappointing.

I am still waiting for my order which I have paid for, no communication from the company, and their phone line doesn’t work, I wish I had done a little more research before placing my order as there are many many people who also haven’t received their orders and been totally let down.
I suggest anyone who hasn’t received their orders, report this cowboy company to trading standards.

Order not delivered at all, cannot get in touch, phone number says no connection ???
sent email, no reply, trying to get my money back, will never be placing an order with this company again, only gave them one star because i had to.

I ordered my meat on 25/5/2026 and money was taken . My order was due to be delivered on 5/6/2026. I have not received my order and not had any communication from the company. The telephone line is not working and I have had no replies to my e mails.
Not good service.
