placed an order in April totaling £68 with a delivery date the following week. Never delivered and an email received saying they had a problem with the ordering and that I would get a refund within 10 days. No delivery, no refund and they don't reply to any emails that I have sent. Still waiting my refund 3 months later.

Quick update. Things have gone from terrible to what would appear now to be borderline criminal!
My last order was placed on 30th April. It never arrived, no surprise there! The owner, James Morgan promised to sort this order out personally. He didn't, no surprise there either! All communication with Stilton Butchers and Morgan was ignored. Chargeback through my bank was successful.
However, my bank kas informed me today that Stilton Butchers is challenging the drawback, but no reason for this was given. They have 2 months to reply to my bank, by which time Stilton Butchers will hopefully be out of business.
So, I placed an order, which was not delivered. Morgan promised to sort it out, which he didn't. I requested a refund on several occasions but received no response, effectively refusing my request for a refund. Matter taken up by my bank with a successful outcome, and for reasons only known the Morgan, he is challenging the drawback, money which he owes me for an order that he couldn't or wouldn't fulfil. If I'm wrong, James, please drop me a line. You have my email address and phone number. I haven't blocked you, yet!

Ordered in February. Useless service. Luckily my credit card company got my money back from these crooks.

I have waited in all day for a delivery from this company. I placed the order on the 18th July, which was acknowledged; money shows as being taken on the 20th July from my bank, and delivery should have been today. I have tried contacting them as there was no email to say that the order was out for delivery, but the phone number says 'wrong number dialled' even though Stilton Butchers comes up as the recipient! I am still being bombarded with adverts from them, even as I write this review!!

Please do not order with this company.
I placed an order order for over £100.00 to be delivered on June 3rd this year which is my birthday so had arranged a BBQ with my family that day.
Nothing arrived so I constantly rang,emailed , sending messages on WhatsApp but had no response.
The phone number published just says that “you have dialled an incorrect number” so obviously not able to communicate.
I have still continued to try to contact them but not being able to reach them.
I have contacted my bank who have been very helpful in refunding me.
So, to conclude please do not deal with Stilton Butchers as they take your money but won’t deliver or communicate with you.

Still waiting for my order. Sent email on 10th July that it would be delivered on Thursday 16th July. Your phone number no longer works. Lambs and gammon steaks, diced lamb and beef steaks ordered.

Really poor service from start and still no delivery 2 weeks later. Worse than that no communication or response on my request for refund. I know things can go wrong and unforced, like hit weather, but it’s how a company acts to make right and keep you informed. Stilton butchers fall way short on this. I would not organise a bbq expecting a delivery from them beforehand- it probably won’t arrive!

The Owner James Morgan claims to be available on WhatsApp (07777 727397) but never answers (except when it suits him).

Other reviewers say that their suppliers have foreclosed on him. Good. They need to be removed from the scene so they can't scam any more good honest folk,

Delivery deferred from last Friday(too hot) to yesterday. No text from carrier no email from Stilton. Waited on all day, no delivery. Phone number on order doesn't work, email on order doesn't work, had a pop back to use a different email address, but so far no response to that. WILL MY DELIVERY HAPPEN TODAY THE 17TH.???? hopefully. Not very happy. Something happened last time with my order. Carrier 'lost it' apparently, ! Think this might be the last time ordering.

you sell good products, your service is good. so far i have not had any problems. just keep up the good work.

The worst customer service I’ve experienced. Absolute scammers. Put an order in over £50. Delivery was supposed to be June 19th. Their phone number on their website is bogus. They don’t reply to emails. Avoid unless you want to lose your money.

Stay away. You have been warned. It seems this company is now stealing money from customers and not sending out goods

Although I ordered from this company some years ago, I have recently ordered from them, paid them, and no goods were despatched or delivered. When finally spoke to owner(James) he apologised and assured me of refund. Despite several messages they have never refunded, nor delivered product. They are scamming people out of their money and you should not deal with them!

Where is my order please? Ive no record of a delivery. Can someone please contact me.

I placed a large order on 12/3/26 and was promised delivery on 25/3/26. As of the date of this message (4/7/26) I still have not received my meat.
Total of £113.27 I fear is lost.
It’s impossible to make contact with them by phone , email or what’s app.
On their stationery they have a business address of 7 Acorn Business Centre , Newmarket, Suffolk CB8 7SY.
I even visited that address last week and found out that they have not been trading from that address for a long time.
They should not be taking orders as people are being conned daily.

Cannot give any lower but I would! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! He is taking people's money and not delivering. He will play the nice guy and lie about the system being down and to pay him through bank transfer when he calls you personally. You then pay and he never sends your order. Phone numbers are disconnected. Emails arent answered and WhatsApp is now 1 tick unread. We need to report him and send this con artist to prison! This is fraud James and you will be sent down!

ABSOLUTE CON ARTIST. TAKES PEOPLES ORDERS AND MONEY AND DOESN'T EVEN AIM TO DELIVER WHAT PEOPLE HAVE PAID FOR. JAMES MORGAN (STILTON BUTCHERS) HAVE NO SUPPLIERS AS THEY ARE BLACK LISTED AS THEY HAVEN'T PAID THEM EITHER. HE IS JUST ADVERTISING GOODS HE HAS NO WAY OF SUPPLYING TAKING PEOPLES MONEY BEFORE HE GOES BANKRUPT WHICH WONT BE LONG NOW AS HE HAS A WINDING ORDER AGAINST HIM GOING THROUGH. unfortunately 1 star is the lowest score. this company is a rip off, promises after promises but no delivery, if you care about saving your hard earned cash, do no use this shower of cowboys, don't just take my word for it check them out on face book. quick enough to take your money, you'd be better off buying a lottery ticket.
