Like most of the reviews, the shipping was absolutely ridiculous. Paid the extra money to ensure arrival before Christmas and it didn’t come. The product is good, however you really need to fix the shipping issues. Your reviews are getting slammed with one stars for that reason!!!

Ordered 12/12/25.item did not arrive in time for Christmas. I also believed it was coming from an AUS warehouse. Delivery was to an Australian capital city. Arrived 29/12/25 at post office. No hurry to collect it now. Very disappointed.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received from any company! I ordered my product on November 15th, and it was a Christmas gift. It was supposed to be there within 7 to 10 days. I got it on December 27th and now I need to return it because Christmas is over my son went back to the state he lives in and I don't want it anymore and they will not give me my money back or send me return address labels. This is been the most god-awful experience I've ever had with a company. They use a horrible delivery company called uni uni and I urge everyone I know to never order from them.

The package did arrive but the quality is shocking! Now struggling to get a refund for faulty goods under the distance selling regulations. Been offered 15% off but I have rejected based on the item being faulty. Looks like I will have the ask the payment company to get involved. My advice to anyone is don't buy from this company.

I ordered the sticky golf pro soccer game on 12/14. Their website stated it would arrive by Christmas with expedited shipping. I paid for expedited shipping. My receipt says expedited shipping will arrive in 5-7 days. It’s now 12/26 and it still hasn’t arrived. It was a Christmas gift for an 8 year old boy so very disappointing. I reached out to the company and got a canned response from customer service. The tracking number is useless. It doesn’t give an estimated arrival date, just where it is. I really wish I would have checked the online reviews before I bought this.

Will have to add to the disappointing reviews unfortunately! Ordered 11th Dec for a Christmas present today’s the 26th massive fail! Still no sticky golf after a failed delivery message I have been told it’s been re dispatched! Very poor and though customer services have responded to messages not offered any real solution! My advice don’t waste your money with this company! Such a shame!

Very poor quality

This company claims to be in the us but everything ships internationally like from China. They claim 2 day shipping but it’s all front. They make returns virtually impossible as well. Worst experience of my life

I paid £52 for Sticky Golf. It got delivered loose without a box, l know why as it's being sold for £8 in Smyths toys but under a different name

Claims to be an Australian business however if it was I would have my order by now!!! Ordered this on the 9th of December EXPRESS SHIPPING however it’s still sitting somewhere in China! Noway will it arrive by Christmas! Extremely disappointed

Overall experience very good, a delay in transit but this was a courier issue not the fault of Stickygolf. The customer service response was excellent. Really quick, understanding and took positive steps to ensure customer goodwill. Certainly recommend them as a supplier. Product good quality and competitively priced.

There has been no delivery movement for over a week since reaching the UK - I have contacted support by email and their webpage as well as the UK courier with tracking screenshots requesting a delivery update - I have not received a response from either of the courier companies used.
Delivery at point of order stated 8-10 days.
I am now concerned I have been scammed

I tried to buy a soccer pro and extra balls. It went through wrong. I tried canceling the order 3 times the same day and got no response from customer service. The next day I got shipping confirmation. There is no customer service response and the restocking charges will be more than the error cost. Unethical business practices.

Thank you for your reply to switch the type of balls I chose. I appreciate that. But you told me my order already shipped. Hmm? Your customer service still needs an overhaul. I just hope I get it promptly.

Ordered 3rd December and has still not arrived. No communication back from the company by any means or platform. Claims a AUS company but orders come from China, most likely a quickly set up drop shipping scheme to make a quick buck. Would avoid at all costs!!

Still waiting for our delivery - it’s now 22 days since ordering and have sent two emails asking for an update on where my order is - no reply so far.. Not what I expected. Still waiting …

Horrible the package was advised is was undelivered as it has the wrong address, i am unable to get in touch with anyone from the shipping company as it's all through AI, i have emailed sticky golf pro multiple times and we are just going around in circles. Has been an horrible experience and i am extremely disappointed with the customer service.

We brought this for our 6 year old son’s birthday and also the club. The whole family has had so much fun with it. Our bag broke and they immediately made contact back and replaced it. Highly recommend.

Have sent three emails to three different addresses over the past three weeks to StickyGolf Pro asking a question about their products and to date, crickets, nothing, zilch. Hoping to get an answer while their Black Friday sale was on, so it appears I have missed out through no fault of my own. Very poor communicators.

Bought this game for my family to play. We now take it everywhere we go especially on camping trips! Such a good idea for all levels and ages to play. I suck at golf but beat my husband lol. Have bought multiple as gifts since receiving my order

The customer service is amazing! They are quick to respond and they are so helpful! I would definitely recommend this company!
