Paid GBP63. Package arrived okay not too much delay. Realised that it was just a few cheapo balls and baskets. Asked for a refund as per consumer rights. Was offered a 15% refund to keep the item. I kept repeating that I wanted a full refund and that I could send it to a uk distributor. AI generated offers came back as 40% refund and finally I got a refund to make my outlay about GBP14 which is about all it’s worth. No uk distribution as it’s all drop shipped from China or somewhere. 2 stars. Best avoided.

I ordered and paid extra for shipping , it was delayed but they did promptly respond and made it right. This showed up yesterday and we lost 3 plus hours playing it . Great product so far .

Timely notification of an issue with delivery. Staff responded promptly and politely to my problem. I haven't received the goods yet, so fingers crossed, all will go well.

Not happy no response from them order got sent back to sender apparently not enough address info but they have the street and number, suburb,postcode,state,country but require more? Went with this brand as seemed to be more expensive and better quality but clearly a well put together scam stay clear

Garbage and misleading company. Ordered beginning of December for Xmas. Arrived in January. No mention of it coming from China. Was offered a 40% refund if a PayPal dispute was withdrawn [which was adhered to) but after several emails to get promised refund, zero response. Would never recommend this dodgy business.

My initial order arrived before Christmas as promised. I didn't read the fine print to see a club wasn't included!! I ordered this ,and it was on back order. To cuta long story short, I forgot about it until Monday. Emailed Cherry, and notably did she apologise for the oversight, myrefundwas processedthat day. Great product- especially in entertainment value, and excellent customer service. Thank you

Yes the shipping can take a bit longer than you wish but the customer service has been brilliant for me and communication has been spot on. We bought the golf and the football and have had great fun. One of the rings on the football was damaged but Cherry jumped stright on this away and sent me out a new one. I would highly recommend buying from these guys

If you can, order a competitors 'sticky golf' item. Item took a LONG time to arrive as the company is a drop-ship one so item do not arrive for Christmas. After an email being sent saying delivery time frame, it was not correct. Emailed a few times and even requested a refund, however all emails replied with generic automated reply. And to tell you the truth, the quality isn't even that great for the price they charge. Seriously, do yourself a favour and save some money elsewhere

Sadly I didn't have a great experience with the service from Stick Golf Pro over Christmas. I ordered on the 15th Dec and paid for 48 hour express delivery which was priced ridiculously and cost £19.99, but I wanted to make sure I received the items as there were 3 Christmas presents in the package. When I received it 4 days later, there were only 2 of the 4 items included. I then spent far too much time in the run up to Christmas communicating with customer services to try and get the missing items sent to me.
Bearing in mind I notified them of the missing items on the 19th December, and I'd paid for express delivery, the missing items were actually delivered on the 5th Jan. So I had no gift for my Nephew on Christmas day.
Customer services still insist the replacement was sent express delivery which is nonsense. They could at least have refunded me my wasted £19.99, but no, they kept that.
There are cheaper and less stressful ways to buy a very similar product to this. I wouldn't waste your energy or money as it doesn't seem particularly high quality for the price paid.
I have given 2 stars because they did agree to send the missing items without too much dispute. It was just time consuming and disappointing they didn't arrive for Christmas.

Unlike other reviews, we had no issues with shipping. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s been super fun for me, my husband and our kids. Great game for good or bad golfers.
The club broke but we were sent a replacement. As we wait for the replacement we’ve been using our own clubs.

Order placed with Sticky Golf and received after an excessively long delay.

The shipment took over 30 days to arrive, with very limited tracking updates for a long period of time. The item was ordered for a birthday and did not arrive in time, which made it unusable for its intended purpose.

Multiple follow-ups were required to obtain information, and no proactive solution was offered during the delay.

Although the order was eventually delivered, the overall experience was disappointing for an international purchase.

Delivery timelines and customer support clearly need improvement.

Where to begin...they did not ship or deliver when they said they would. They refused to refund my money. I got half and was forced to keep it. Then the ball ripped in one day. It's a cheap crappy product from China...DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

My son got the sticky pro soccer net for Christmas and really enjoys it. Unfortunately, one of the balls wouldn’t inflate. I contacted the company and they quickly replied and are sending me 2 new balls free of charge. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I notice the Velcro isn’t as strong as I would like it to be and the ball sometimes falls off of the net. Otherwise, great customer service and a fun product for a soccer fan.

The product is good and has given several hours of pleasure, but it is not cheap. I wrote to Stickypro, disappointed delivery was not received in time for Christmas as their claim said. I also pointed out the rubber suckers to secure to glass, were too thin to hold the weight of the mat. They took on board my comments and gave a gesture for my observations which was welcome.

We all love the golf game!! My son inlaw brought one for everyone to play at Christmas. Couple days later we all ordered our own and now I have to buy my son one..😆
Delivery was good, got a little worried because I believed this being an Australian product that it would be sent from Australia. Very well packaged and customer service put any doubts I had about delivery at ease. I received it yesterday and can't wait to start practising so I can kick everyone's butt on Australia Day😂

Pésima experiencia. Pague un extra por un envío que garantizaba 6 a 8 días laborables han pasado 10. No llega a tiempo y era un regalo. Ahora la odisea a ver si lo puedo devolver y a correr mañana a buscar una alternativa

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The product never arrived and all I get from them are apologetic emails that they are looking into it. It has now been over a month since my order "shipped"! I will be disputing my payment if I do not get a full refund.

Ordered product on 28th Nov, not delivered yet, told it was being returned to sender and no communication as to why that was the case. Zero response from StickyGolf despite numerous e-mails. Very poor from StickyGolf, €160 spent and not sure if I will get the product.

I ordered on Nov. 30. Delivery was Dec. 15. It never came. It is now Dec. 30th. I heard from sticky golf several times. Now they do not respond to my inquiries. I asked for my money back on Dec. 23. Never saw a credit to my credit card. I spent a lot of time trying to get help.
