Had my second botox treatment last week. First treatment was with Dr Sherina and second treatment with Cheryl .Had a great experience. Both of them are amazing.
Infact all the staff are so professional, friendly and welcoming.I was seen by Tracy who was so welcoming and made me feel at ease .

I have been a client at S-Thetics now for the last few years, having had various treatments from Endymed, Emface and regular Hydrafacials, with the latest treatments being Exion Microneedling and Exion Tighten. I have been treated at some of London's clinics in the past but have now stayed with Dr Balaratnam for many years quite simply because her level of care and medical expertise go beyond aesthetics. She is constantly at the forefront of new developments and as a qualified surgeon with considerable experience of reconstructive surgery, her knowledge of anatomy and physiology and profound understanding of the value of a holistic approach to her clients, to my mind really sets her apart. From start to finish, this has been such a positive experience.
The information gained from looking at the S-Thectics website, learning about Miss Sherina Balaratnam and her plastic surgen background, all her continued research and her passion for helping people achieve their goals and improve their skin is very powerful!

This has been the most thorough consultation I've ever had. It was great to know someone was listening and taking on board what I hoped to achieve and pairing it up with my lifestyle. This and the fact there is no hard sell encouraged me to feel I could trust the company. I felt confident I would be advised a treatment that was suitable for me, personally.
The treatment chosen was the right one and the results confirm that.

To begin with I had a machine scan images of my skin which went several layers deep and we could see the sun damage, pigmentation etc. The second machine took a 3D image. Once up on the screen we could monitor every angle and eventually a before an after. These additional machines helped the therapist decide exactly what help i needed to repair my skin and help the future of my skin.

I began with the HydraFacial which detoxified and hydrated my skin which I badly needed.
Next came the treatment that gave me the Wow factor! ...The Intraceutical oxygen facial.
This was relaxing and a nice sensation, warming and then cooling as the hyaluronic acid and serums were pushed into my skin to hydrate. Miss Balaratnam explained this would also help reduce fine lines and give lumosity to my skin, creating a healthy glow.
I also received some light therapy which helps heal the skin. I fell asleep during this! ha!

Once home, I used the Intraceuticals brightening cleanser which made my face feel really clean, followed by a 3 step Intraceuticals moisturising regime. These products made my skin feel nourished and very hydrated. They mealted into your skin.
Last but not least a Spf 40.

When i returned, we looked at the images and I could not believe my face AND my neck showed signs of improvment already! At the end of the treatments the fine lines had disappeared, the deeper lines had sofened, the relaxed skin under my chin had tightened considerably and my cheek bones lifted. My skin looked clean and fresh and had a healthy shine. This in turn made me feel happier.
After looking at the before and after photos, the sun damage had even lessened in places. Thats something i though was irreversible.

Miss Sherina Balaratnam and her team are friendly, welcoming and knowlegdble. For a 75 minute treatment, the Intraceutical facial and the results i recieved, I feel was value for money.

The procedure was completely painless with no downtime and I can actually see a change in my facial structure - a more defined jaw, lifted cheeks and a smoother forehead. I had all 4 areas including the new eye applicator and I would really recommend it if you are looking to improve the impact of ageing beyond the just the skin.

The team are friendly and professional and the treatment recommended was personalised for my needs. The Intraceuticals oxygen facial was relaxing and I loved the intraceutical products that I used between treatments (moisture binding cream and hydration gel). When I had an age-related problem with my hip, Dr Sherina recommended Emsculpt Neo to strengthen its supporting muscles. It has worked really well and my hip feels normal again. At the same time I had Emsculpt Neo on my abdomen and flanks (love handles). The results are impressive; the love handles have virtually disappeared and my abdomen is gradually reducing. I feel stronger, more toned and inspired to keep exercising. Thank you to Dr. Sherina and Victoria for looking after me so well.

Now two days after the first treatment, my forehead is still tight and my skin glowing. I don't use injectables and I like that the Exion treatment goes over the lips too which is a bonus. In combination with excellent skincare products, my skin is good and belies my advancing age.

During my visit to S-Thetics not only did I receive EMFace which lifted my eyelids and made my eyes look so much brighter but I also had the treatment on my neck for my double chin what a fabulous difference this made. During my facial I was also treated to a BTL Lymphastim which is a lymphatic drainage on my leg this was so relaxing especially as I had just returned from lots of traveling and walking abroad I have to say that visiting S-Thetics is truly amazing the treatment and service I received from Miss Sherina Balaratnam and Mrs Cheryl Marshall Willams is above and beyond five stars
