Had Hydrafacial with Mona today .
She is good, attentive and knowledgeable. Have no hesitation in recommending her.

I came to do a full body laser and was working with Mona in Uxbridge. She is amazing and gave me lots of tips on how to maintain the results) always recommend

My first impressions were the friendliness of the team.
I felt very nervous at first, but Dr Jessica Western took me in hand with confidence and professionalism. Dr Jessica explained about the procedure clearly and advised me what would suit me best and did not at any point pressure me towards other unescessarytreatments. I also knew the cost beforehand. Dr Jessica evaluated my face and made suggestions I had not thought of with wonderful results. So happy with the results I would never consider anywhere else other than Simply Clinics.

Great service as always! Even though there's a Simply Clinic much closer to me, I happily travel 1.5 hours to see Zeenat! She's a wonderful beautician, and her positive energy makes every treatment hurt a little less. Highly recommend!

Donna is honestly a 10/10, she’s been doing my Hollywood and Underarm for so long and so well that I can’t imagine anyone else. We’re stuck together now lol. Always a pleasure. Clinic is always clean and AC is perfect level for this heat wave we have at the moment

I’ve been going to Frederica at the Fulham Road location for years for laser hair removal, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is exceptionally skilled at what she does, professional, and always takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the treatment. Just as importantly, she has such a warm and welcoming personality that she immediately puts you at ease. Every appointment is a positive experience, and I always feel I’m in safe hands.

Lovely experience as usual, the ladies at the Southgate brand are so welcoming and nice. I was running late for my appointment due to traffic but the ladies were so nice and were able to fit me in - my appointment was with Anna C and she took great care in making sure I was comfortable and was lovely overall. I have been going to simply clinic for around 5 months and each time I go it is a positive experience. Mona is very welcoming and pleasant. She makes me feel very relaxed. We talk all through my treatment which makes it go quicker. Mona also makes sure I’m comfortable making sure the wax is at the right temperature. Continues to ask if I’m comfortable. The environment is very clean and sterile. Would recommend Mona every day of the week😃

I had 10 sessions of laser- really amazing results! The service by Mona was efficient and great. Also very friendly and polite.

It took me about 3 sessions to start seeing results, and by the end I could see a big change. The sessions are also very quick, making it very convenient too.

I did previously have another person doing my sessions who did charge me £100 extra, despite me stating to them that I had already paid for all my sessions. The clinic did refund me after I spoke to someone else on the phone, and this was the only hiccup I had with them luckily.
