De afstandbediening van mijn trolleys is kapot. Ik wacht via de reparateur al maanden op vervanging, en dan gaat het over de software en de handset. Je kan wel beweren dat je de beste trolley bouwt. Maar je klantenservice dient ook te functioneren.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Stewart Golf. I purchased the Q-Follow, but the remote stopped working properly in follow mode after few months. I reported this issue to the local partner, and after several back-and-forth discussions (where he promised to contact Stewart on my behalf), he completely stopped responding.
After waiting months, I contacted Stewart Golf directly. At first they assured me they would work with the local partner to resolve the problem, but after more delays they simply told me to contact the same local partner again — even though I had already explained that he had not replied to me for months.
My last communication with Stewart Golf was in April, and since then they have not replied to my emails either.
For a premium product, I expected far better support. Unfortunately, both the product (remote follow function) and the customer service have been very disappointing.

I purchased my Stewart Q Trolley in 2021.
I recently experienced some mechanical damage.
I contacted Stewart Golf, then dropped off the trolley. Within 24hrs my trolley was not only repaired, but upgraded.
I am so delighted with the service and my experience, with Stewart Golf.

What a great service I received. My remote stopped charging. I contacted then and wexperienced prompt communications, easy (and free) postage and fast return of the repaired device.

You pestered me for a review Stewart so here it is. I love this trolley, it follows you as it should, HOWEVER, there are issues you should consider prior to purchase. First is the customer service, it is shocking, from holding on the webchat for an hour to find out is wasn’t working, to calling time after time with no answer, to the phones going straight to voicemail during working hours. They are always apologetic when you speak to them eventually, but sort it out Stewart Golf. I had issues with my battery sticking in the slot and it would not release. Was eventually sent a replacement and it’s exactly the same, QC issue. Then the handset started rattling, they had to send a new one, QC issue. The handle on the trolley is flimsy and bends when you try to use it to manoeuvre the trolley, it needs strengthening as it feels it could break. The rest of the trolley is solid so why not the handle stem materials? The umbrella holder design is very poor, simply not good enough for a trolley of this value. If other manufacturers can design a holder to hold the brolly why can’t SG? I get the wind issue but that doesn’t stop Motocaddy or Powakaddy doing it. Holder design is very poor as it only serves as a holder with no ability to secure it. The bottle holder isn’t worth investing in either. It is too big, not deep enough so water bottle constantly falling out somewhere during the round. SG already knows it, but no replacement. Finally, the concept is brilliant, i love the follow mode but the quality of certain areas needs attention and i worry about the customer service if it breaks, which you should seriously consider before buying.

Great company to deal with. They arranged to collect my trolley Thursday. Courier put label on it. Stewart Golf repaired it and it was delivered to me on Monday. Fantastic

Excellent service

Just bought a Stewart Q follow and after 2 weeks I am so happy,Quality build and after 3 rounds loved it .I quickly found a way of using the remote so you barely know I’m controlling it (Hang it on my belt and feel the buttons without looking at it …I put tiny blobs of superglue on the silicone protective case so I could feel the buttons without looking)Outstanding product and love it 😍

The idea is great but the build quality is poor. For £1400 I assumed I'd have trouble free motoring for years but not the case, inside a year Ive had two seperate issues with the battery which have rendered the trolley useless and on one occasion meant I had to push the bloody thing for miles to get it back to the club house. The only thing worse than the build quality is the customer service which Stewart seem to run as is its a hobby and not a core component of their customer experience. Im now up to nearly 200 quid in rental trolleys whilst waiting for there 'customer service' to sort me out and Im now done with Stewart for good, they are hopeless.

Better service all around than I could have hoped for. Responded politely with great information. Serviced my unit swiftly, was received, serviced and shipped back out the same day. That's a company that knows what golfers want. Thank you, Stewart Golf!

Honestly nice to use a company this good .

I have purchased 3 Stewart electric trollies over the last few years and all been very good. Their customer service used to be top notch. NOT ANY LONGER!

You cannot speak to them, their online chat service is slow and response times awful. My remote control packed up just 12 months after purchasing it. I emailed them and got a prompt response asking me to open the back and send in a photo. I did. I was then asked what lead I was using to charge it. Same as came with the device I said. Two weeks later and after several emails and here attempted telephone calls. NO RESPONSE!

I have recommended Stewart to many people who have purchased them. I shall not be doing likewise anymore.

I've been using the Stewart Q Follow golf trolley for a few months now, and honestly, it's been a total game-changer for my rounds.

At first, I wasn’t sure if it would justify the price – I’ve always been a bit skeptical about remote or follow trolleys. But from the moment I set it up and watched it quietly roll behind me like a loyal caddie, I was sold.
The build quality is top-notch – solid, sleek, and surprisingly compact when folded. I can easily fit it into the boot without playing a game of Tetris every time. I can’t recommend the Stewart Q Follow enough.
