Steven Brown Art Anmeldelser

Products are great, my second wooden printed picture, vibrant colours… brightens up the room.

I paid £200 for a dog bed 12 days ago. After 11 days of waiting I emailed and was told it would be dispatched soon. The next day I was emailed saying it was dispatched and the reference to track the order. It’s an invalid reference number so still after 13 days I have no dog bed. I’m £200 down and no tracking. I emailed again twice and have just been ignored. I have bought a lot of stuff from here but can honestly say I won’t be buying anything else as the customer service is shocking especially for the prices paid.

I would be very wary of ordering from this company. I did years ago. Didn’t have an issue. However, I am now being inundated with fake emails claiming to be from Stephen brown art and using my full name. Looks like this company have had a data breach. Have you communicated with ICO?

I wouldn’t trust this company with your personal data.

I tried to call the company on their 01292 number to get further information, the number rights twice then cuts you off.

Be very wary- you have been warned

Always excellent service with excellent products

I’m addicted, I love every picture that I’ve ordered. I have seven in total now and trying to find more places to put them. The colour in them brightens up every room. Love them all.

Absolutely love the McCoo range! The artwork is so vibrant and fantastic quality - I have canvasses, kitchen equipment, cushions, cards, a mousemat, soft toys and more.

Painting was of great quality and exactly as seen on line

Easy transaction.
Fast service
Great product

Picture had very vibrant colours in it which were set off by the wood.

Really beautiful
I loved it

I have recently purchased a selection of the Nan McCoo homeware range for my kitchen, and have been very pleased with most of the items purchased eg., cushions/canvas/mugs
However, I also bought the large glass chopping board as part of the range, and have used/kept it as instructed. What I didn’t realise though, is that once the rubber feet come off, if it’s placed on a damp worktop the transfer sticks to it and peels off. I have only ever used a damp cloth as instructed, not leaving it in water, but wanted to make purchasers aware of this issue. The rubbers come off very easily over time, and I never realised that this would happen - please beware!

I love the Steven Brown art. We bought the Angus McCoo soft close toilet seat and it was great for three years until the soft close failed. Sadly we can’t access the soft close part of the seat as it’s all sealed in so now we’ve got to fork out for a new one and they aren’t the cheapest. So sadly no five star review on this one.

Great products
Quick service
Love it !!

Just LOVE Steven Brown Art Products. This time bought mug, colouring book and flip flops as gifts which I know will be equally loved. I have phone cover which is divine. The quality is excellent. The service outstanding. Will definitely be buying more!!!

Love my outdoor cushions, well made and delivered on time

My sister hasn’t been well and she loves cats so she was very happy to receive the biscuits with the cats on the tin. And the panda tin I’m keeping as a treat for myself!
Fast delivery.

Lovely products but dreadful service. I have a hardly used bag that has a fault but they will not exchange as over a year old. Not interested at all to see the images of clearly faulty stitching.

Kept up to date with delivery information and delivered within the time frame.

I just like the colourful pictures and other items for sale. They make wonderful gifts at Christmas and other occasions. I have bought a bit of everything over the years I have known about Steven brown. I will have something in every room in the house. I do buy more when there are offers buying in advance for a gift or even myself. Life would be a little more boring without Steven Brown.

Love, love love my picture, beautiful quality
