I have used this company for the first time and would not advise anyone to do buisness with them.As soon as money was taken for my order the whole ‘customer service’ element seemed to disappear when I tried to make a complaint about what I received as it was not fit for purpose.The customer service is now almost non existent with only short curt ‘take it or leave it’ responses from Cured Pharmacy. My delivery yesterday was also a complete nightmare as I was unable to track my order or speak to anyone from the courier or this company regarding its whereabouts and today’s customer service has been no better as they are simply not interested once they have taken your money!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! The most unprofessional, incompetent place iv ever had the misfortune to deal with! Being contacted via whatsapp and spoken to like i’m doing some back alley drug deal is, personally, not the way i’m used to a company dealing with a paying customer. Still waiting for a response regarding my refund and the complaints procedure. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Placed an order for a one-off medication last month. Received email yesterday saying that the subscription order is ready to be shipped when I didn't select subscription. Seems like this gets set automatically.

Called them this morning and they told me it cannot be cancelled. Impossible to remove the subscription from their webpage.

Emailed them about the subscription and received a reply saying it has been "forwarded to the relevant team for processing". Still waiting ....

Cured Pharmacy are efficient and knowledgeable. They give a wonderful, thorough service and support your weight loss journey. I've been with them a while now

Very disappointed with my experience with Cured Pharmacy.

I contacted them on Saturday to ask for my Wegovy order to be put on hold after experiencing severe reactions and having to attend hospital that day.

They responded on Monday saying that the order had already been approved and was ready for dispatch, so they were unable to put it on hold. I accepted this at the time and did not contact them again until Wednesday, when I asked whether anything could be done regarding cancellation or a refund.

On Wednesday, I was told that the order could not be cancelled because it had already been approved and was ready for dispatch.

I contacted them again today, Thursday, and was then told something different: they confirmed that the shipping label had been created but the order had not actually been dispatched, and said they would forward my request to the relevant team to place the order on hold and get back to me once they had an update.

Despite this, I have now received a Royal Mail notification confirming that Royal Mail has received the package.

This is extremely frustrating. I contacted the pharmacy before receiving the medication, and when I contacted them today, I was specifically told that the order had not yet been dispatched and that my request was being forwarded to the relevant team. Yet shortly afterwards, I received notification that the package had been handed to Royal Mail.

This is also a significant amount of money to me, and the medication is now completely unusable for me because of the severe reactions I have experienced, which I am still suffering from. I wouldn't be asking to cancel the order if I were able to safely continue the treatment.

I understand that prescription medication has restrictions around returns, but the communication throughout this process has been confusing and contradictory. I am very disappointed with how my request has been handled and with the fact that the order appears to have been dispatched while I was waiting for their relevant team to review my request.

At this point, I would simply like Cured Pharmacy to resolve the situation fairly by cancelling the order and issuing a full refund. Given that I contacted them before dispatch and was told today that the order had not yet been dispatched, I feel this would be a fair outcome in the circumstances.

The process was quick and easy and when I rang with a query they were very helpful and supportive. The delivery was quick and discreet. 5 star service!

Avoid buying anything from this establishment there customer service is atrocious.I placed order back in July did not receive it so Royal Mail sent it back to the pharmacy and the received parcel back still refusing refund purchase was over £200.Disgusting service happy to take your money but when it comes to paying back its different story.

I wanted mounjaro the company took My £129.99 and I then as told then did not have a weighing scale , I telephoned them to arrange a watsapp video call which was arranged by Joseph last night. Nobody rang and I receuved a email saying I wasn't suitable but no refund!!!! I've telephoned and was told oh OK I will look onto it! I have taken mounjaro last Yr for 7 months and I informed them of that. I think this is a CON of a company

The delivery took nearly one month with no communication despite numerous requests - products finally arrived as described.
