Fantastic customer experience
Went to purchase sofa today. Price that was previously given was no longer available. However, despite this Ritchie went above and beyond to accommodate us providing us with a super sofa at a great price.

Great experince start to finish.
Order placed with no issues. Staff and manager very helpful and knowledgeable... obviously a good working environment.. ordered chair which has since been successfully delivered, assembled, rubbish removed. Delivery men could not have been more helpful or kind if they tried. Excellent service start to finish...

Poor customer service
Bought a suite only 10months old chair started to sink they sent out furniture care he agreed with me but on his report said nothing wrong I didn't agree I have had to pay for it to be fixed myself Tom Watson Upholstery fixed it for me

Outstanding great customer service I fe I must say Shaun (hope I spelt he’s name right) and Michael was first class best customer service I have had. Shaun especially helped me asking me what I wanted from a sofa let me try a lot before I picked the one I liked. Michael was on holiday when we went to purchase it but Michael was equally helpful so helpful that we purchased other items

Definitely a good choice
For the first time in a long while I was buying a new carpet. I wasn’t too sure what I wanted however I had been at another carpet retailer who had been quite disinterested & not particularly helpful.
Sharon at the Uddingston store was so helpful & patient looking at all options for me. Her advice was spot on. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with & I left the shop feeling confident with the choices I made. A massive thank you to Sharon.

Customer service Paula Hudson very unprofessional
I purchased two g plan sofas that became faulty after 6 months .I got in touch with sterling who said they would send an upholsterer to look at it . Couldn’t believe what the upholsterers decision was . He said it was not a manufacturing fault that’s. I telephoned Paula to ask about the warranty and she just said not a manufacturing fault and that the cushions would collapse again if they were renewed ,I would like some help as I am 76 years old and these sofas cost me £3000 .never buy from sterling again .customer service was terrible told me I had to pay for cushions as they will keep needing replaced every year .they got an assessor to assess if my sofa was under way and off course it wasn’t and he said it wasn’t a manufacturer fault . They told me to go to trading standards Paula Hudson who has driven me to the brink of a nervous breakdown
She sent out her assessor who had been at my home some 9 months ago . She said the assessor said all sofa seats were all sagging and Paula told me the cushions would be replaced in 4/5 weeks with the same assessor to fit . Never asked me if this was agreeable to me which it is not as the sofas were not fit for purpose on the day I purchased them . I don’t know who will help me I think it’s time I saw a solicitor
