Great Experience
Purpose of Visit: To choose a new 3 Piece Suite.
Excellent Service from the salesman, Mr Gerry Watson (Hall 2 - Tillicoultry Store).
No patter; No Hassle.
Just honest / genuine guidance & advice from a very polite & knowledgable guy who is a credit to his company in general & to himself in particular.
Freedom to browse in a nice & relaxed ambience and the benefit of expert advice, when needed resulted in a very pleasant & enjoyable experience.
Will definitely make further visits to this store again in future and would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Sterling Furniture to family & friends.

Great friendly service
We were very impressed by the staff at Sterling’s Tillicoultry store. Everyone we spoke to throughout the store was really friendly and helpful without being pushy. This all helped make the purchase of our new sofa a very pleasant experience. A special mention is deserved for Nikki, who helped us with our purchase.

Knowledgeable staff not pushy!
We were looking to buy new electric recliner chairs. All the staff we spoke to were helpful however we ended up in the Himola dept and Elaine Sharp helped us. She was knowledgeable, not at all pushy and explained everything clearly. We went ahead with the purchase and are now looking forward to getting our new chairs in the coming weeks

Finlay, the sales advisor who assisted us, was extremely helpful throughout the process. He carefully checked all measurements, was very thorough during the ordering stage, and clearly explained how everything would work — including the deposit, expected waiting time, final payment, and delivery options. Visiting Sterling Tillicoultry
I visited Sterling in Tillicoultry with my elderly mum. We were just browsing to view a purchasing a new suite. Mum couldn't find anything comfortable for her short frame with a matching footstool as she has lymphedema and has to keep her legs elevated.
Lauren Grant, from the store, approached us and her service and advice from start to finish was excellent. She talked us through the Celebrity rise and recliner range. Not only did she recognise mum's needs but she took the time to demonstrate and teach mum to use the remote etc. and then explained that because of mum's health issues that she could benefit from the not paying tax on the order. All of this was done with a warm, friendly, professional manner. Never at any point did we feel pressured. We returned to Sterling and completed the order and paperwork yesterday. Lauren made sure she was there to do this with us. Lovely staff and excellent service.

I have just returned after a visit to the Garden Centre in Sterling Home, Tillicoultry. It’s a long time since I had such wonderful customer service. The gentleman concerned was Colin, who helped me choose some plants. He pushed my trolley to the back door where I bought some pot plants. He then accompanied me to the checkout and out to my car, when he loaded my car with my purchases. Thank you Colin for making my experience special.

Fantastic staff and fabulous showrooms
Fantastic staff who were so helpful and accommodating. The choice of products was amazing and our personal choice was absolutely wonderful as we had went with an idea of what we were looking for but changed our mind due to the choices available. The cafe was an added bonus as we had travelled quite a distance and really enjoyed the treats on the menu.
