After 7 months of terrible customer…
After 7 months of terrible customer service where they delivered the wrong couch then on second attempt the couch got crushed on transit asked for a full refund got told I would get one by there customer service when it came it was £400 short called to ask about it said it was for when they delivered the wrong couch so asked for a copy of the calls stating I would get full refund the same woman then says no calls get recorded how convenient got lied to from the start to the end worst company I've ever dealt with only positive was the delivery guys where actually quite helpful as sterling home wanted to leave my heavy pregnant parent to sit on the floor after they failed to bring the right couch so managed to get something for her to sit on

We had a good idea of what we wanted having visited the Tillicoultry store but were really pleased with the time and patience of the staff member who spoke to us, explored a number of options and helped us to choose a great suite. We were also happy with the way the options for care were explained and at no point felt we were being rushed - all our questions were answered helpfully.

Went to showroom and staff were very helpful. Saw a suite we liked took the brochure. Visited other retailers never saw anything, went online and ordered our suite very easily.

The shop staff were great,friendly easy…
The shop staff were great,friendly easy to deal with,the delivery guys were friendly but they had difficulty getting the suite through the door,st one point they were pulling at the back of the suite roughly trying to take it apart,during which one of them in particular was kneeling on the arm of the suite with his full 14 stone weight on arm,I wish I had said something but I never.

Once we had decided what sofa we wanted the salesman put through exactly that sofa, no sales talk or try to sell us another one, we appreciated that and the salesman did exactly what we wanted.
