Have a Tutti Tap in the kitchen - after many year of services it started to drip. Reached out to Sterling, who I can only say were brilliant to deal with - not only were the replacement parts available but were under warranty (was not expecting that!!). Posted to me and now fitted, 100% successful and 100% customer satisfaction!!

We've had a Clearwater kitchen tap for 6+ years and have been impressed with how long it has lasted given how much use it gets. I contacted the company about some replacement cartridges as they were leaking slightly and was thrilled to find out that they were happy to send some out for free under warranty! I wish other companies would follow their example. The tap wasn't cheap when we bought it, but it certainly feels even better value for money, given their great customer service. Thank you!

Brilliant customer service
I had a 5 year old tap - the sprayhead had broken.
Simone in customer service sorted a new one and had it posted within hours.
Good customer service is rare these days, and I cant thank Sterling enough for sorting this for me - and not having to fork out 100s on a new tap and plumber to fit it!

Tap was dripping. Cleaned the vale but still dripped. Contacted Stirling and even though the tap was out of warranty by a few weeks they sent me new parts FOC

Fantastic Customer Service
Had an issue with the handles on my three years old filter tap. I just wanted advice on fixing the issue as there were no instructions available on line. Spoke with Jasmine who spoke to one of the technical people. Within five minutes the problem was identified and new handles despatched. Wow !! Why can't all customer service be to this level. Been trading with sterling for many years now. They responded quickly to any enquiries I had. The staff are always polite and willing to go the extra mile. Their range is one of the biggest in the market and are very rarely out of stock. Couldn’t recommend anymore highly.

Replacement Lever Tap Handles
Having purchased kitchen tap from a UK supplier some time ago, replacement of hot lever tap handle was needed. Original supplier was not able to assist. Living in New Zealand no supplier was available. Searching web located Sterling Sinks & Taps who were extremely accommodating and prompt with my request and had no hesitation with offering me a replacement product. The company was diligent with all their communication and packaged the parcel which arrived safely in New Zealand today.
I can only highly recommend this company for their courtesy, promptness and helpful response.
