Steel Door Company  Anmeldelser

Could not be happier with my doors! From ordering to install it was only 8 weeks which was amazing as we wanted them quick. Jordan was great and was so quick to respond to all the questions we had. Jess worked with us to find a time for instal that suited us, even offered a weekend. The doors are stunning, everyone who’s seen them has complimented them. Already planning for more!

These guys are the best at what they do. Fantastic design, execution and installation. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for: the best in market. The excellence of their product is backed up by genuinely brilliant customer service. Shoutout to Rob McDowell who was our sales contact but also so much more. I've never had anyone respond to emails and calls as quickly as Rob and he was helpful throughout the whole process (not just the sale). Mark and Shane were also great when it came to installation. My wife and I are delighted and would highly recommend. Thanks guys.

Amazing product and service , highly recommend 👏👏

Excellent service from initial enquiry through survey and fitting. Order was delivered ahead of schedule and the three fitters on the day went above and beyond, they were fantastic. Quality of the doors and workmanship has exceeded expectations. 10/10, highly recommended

Great guys Olly and Tyler. Very professional , polite and super efficient.

We have used The Steel Door Company previously and had a excellent experience from pre-order to delivery. That was one of the main reason for using them again, along with great products.

I have been following these guys on instagram for the last 5 years and seen the amazing work they have done. When i decided to have glass doors fitted in my home it only seemed right that i got the best in.

Sam and the team are amazing, constant communication and keeping me updated with the doors and design.

I am in awe of these guys and they work and i will continue recommending them because they do they work fabulously

I contacted the steel door company and spoke to Jack from the sales team. From the start the Service has been excellent , they could do or accommodate whatever we needed. We have a small area with an uneven wall and they talked us through ways to do this for us. We just cannot wait for them to arrive, there was so much choice of materials and design to choose from. We would highly recommend . Clare . Worcester

We recently had two internal doors installed by the Steel Door Company, and while the process did not get off to the smoothest start we are very pleased with the end result and the service provided.

Our first order came with some issues - One door wasn't right in its design for us and the second door was not the exact dimension. It took a little persistence to get things moving but once the owners of the business became aware of our issues they immediately became involved and everything changed. He personally come out to us twice, once with the co-owner of the business, to evaluate our needs and help guide us through the reordering process and the second time along with one of his excellent fitters to actually fit our doors.

When it came to installation, it was professional, tidy and clearly very skilled. The doors are now fitted beautifully, and we are more than delighted with them.

What really stands out is the way the company took responsibility and worked hard to put things right. Mistakes can happen but how a business responds makes all the difference - and in the end, we feel very confident recommending them.

Our doors were fitted today by Olly and Jordan and I am an extremely satisfied customer. They were both so friendly and professional and the doors look amazing. I had shortlisted 3 companies at the start, but after chatting to Luke I felt reassured that they would be the best company to choose. I have not been disappointed at all during the whole process. Harry who came out to measure was so helpful and we discussed all the details. I was then fully updated on the progress and fitting date. It's so good to work with a British company that designs and manufactures in the UK. Well done! I would 100% recommend.

I never usually write reviews, but I just had to share how absolutely over the moon I am with my new Crittall doors! After a lot of back and forth about whether they were worth the investment, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my home. The quality, the finish, and the impact they’ve had on the space is beyond priceless.

A huge thank you to Olly & Lewis – they were a dream to work with from start to finish. Professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient, they had the doors installed in no time and the whole process was completely stress-free.

If you’re on the fence like I was, don’t hesitate. The Steel Door Company has delivered something truly exceptional and I couldn’t be happier!

Excellent company. I spent lots of time researching options for two steel doors and obtained a handful of quotes.
This company provided an excellent overall package of price, quality, value for money, customer service and flexibility.
Jack was incredible from day 1, very responsive and attentive and even messaging me from his holiday!
Would highly recommend and for what it’s worth i am a very fussy person with high standards

I recently had a Crittall-style door fitted and couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely impressive. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding — the door not only looks incredible but has completely transformed the space, adding light and a high-end architectural feel.

Lovely fitters! Friendly and efficient and explained everything they were doing in detail. The doors look fantastic, we are really pleased with them, thank you!

Very Impressed with The Steel Door Company, I had spoken to a number of similar companies on the phone, but when I spoke with Jack at Steel Doors I was immediately impressed with both his knowledge and friendliness and ability to solve the situation for me.
I was later contacted by Jess in the production side of the company and along with the two fitters the doors were delivered and fitted quickly and efficiently in spite of one or two obstacles that are inevitable with a tricky installation.
Highly recommend this company to anybody looking for steel and glass doors and a big thank you to Jack, Jess and the team down there.

Absolutely over the moon with the service I received from steel door company, can’t thank them enough for there hard effort and support with the transformation made

Thank you all

Great communication and service.

The doors are stunning and the fitters were careful and did a great job.

The steel door company are a good company to deal with. The initial installation did not go to plan but the issues were corrected in a timely and fair manner ( I think how problems are dealt with indicates the quality of the company you are dealing with).
We are very happy with the finished installation.

I found Steel Door Company on Instagram and whilst initially apprehensive about placing a large deposit with the order these fears proved to be unfounded. The installation team were clean, tidy, and very respectful of my property. Nothing was too much even after the works finished and fully paid up there was an item, I was unhappy with back they came not a moan or a grumble.

Thanks Jess to you and the whole team.
