M4-5 ribeye
I received the Steak with the wrong label on, so it was a bit disappointed at first. But thankfully the customer service has resent me a proper cut of M4-5 ribeye, and the quality is up to standard.

Good meat, good price, good customer service
Been ordering a lot from Steak King lately. Good meat, good price. My wife and I are enjoying their products so far.
The last order had a few bumps around which coupon or promo code could be use and the delivery was a little bit late (SF's fault, not Steak King's), but their customer service manager Sanwal followed up with me and made things right.
I would order again. Thank you.

I ve ordered couple times M9 ribeye they are good, but this time doesn't have enough marbling, has more sinew, and the cap area is very small- very different from previous orders.

Great service , less great steaks
The quality of the steaks have really gone down over the past year. I tend to buy the same cuts from the same farms and the drop in quality is very noticeable. The range of offerings have narrowed. I haven’t seen top-tier cuts such as Black Opal for a couple of years now. This is likely a decision to go down market and mass market. Customer service remains great.

Good steaks.. but Tech glitches.
Have been buying from Steak King for a while... overall good service and quality of Meat.
But Technical glitches affect over user experience.
1.) Used loyalty points to redeem coupon, but was told couldn't use.
2.) tried ot buy over 2000 HKD of steaks, had a "free item" offered but during payment, it says no more inventory of free item, and then couldn't proceed to pay without first removing items from cart and reducing the total purchase... stuck here for over 20 mins...
Inventory management and payment flow can be more smooth.

Awful customer service BEWARE buy at your peril
Awful customer service. They state you can cancel as long as not shipped i've emailed them today and been on their online chat and they take ages to respond first they say they will help you cancel the order then they say you can't cancel an order once you've placed it.
the order hasn't been shipped it hasn't been picked yet they won't let you cancel
Awful company I would be very careful buying from them!
