Ordered a week prior to guarantee it would arrive fresh on the day so we could have a family meal to celebrate my son’s 18th. It arrived a day late so not impressed or happy, no customer service number it’s a bot and you receive an email later. No apology or offer of refund. I doubt I will every buy again

I think overall is pretty good, just wondering if the aged beef are on sell too? The resting area was so quiet with no staff around, so I didn’t use any free service provided.

Second time order placement with Steak King as the first order met our expectation in quality. However, it wasn't the same quality standard on our recent order where two of the ordered items (salmon and chicken thighs) were not labelled whatsoever which was concerning whether they were the right delivered products as advertised. Quality of cut wasn't as good as the first order which did not give us the confident that Steak King delivers high quality of consistent products. Not sold yet that this is the right vendor for us.

I am highly disappointed with my recent order from Steaking. The goods arrived completely melted, which completely broke the food safety/security chain and made the items unsafe to consume.
Furthermore, despite asking their customer service multiple times, they have refused or been unable to provide proof of their Halal certification. As a customer who relies on strict dietary requirements, this lack of transparency is unacceptable. Between the ruined, unsafe food and the failure to verify their Halal status, I cannot trust this company. I will not be ordering from them again.

Edit: per Steaking request here is the order number:SK151797 I will not try to reach out to steaking via their email as all my questions remained unanswered.
They can’t able to link of their supplier so called halal certificate to my order
Here is the their statement; “obtaining original copies of halal certificates from our suppliers in Australia does incur additional costs. These costs can include printing, shipping, and handling fees for each certificate which is why we typically provide a general halal logo coming from packaging for our products rather than individual copies for each order.”
I didn’t ask the original copy of the halal certificate but as long as they can’t able to provide transaction certificates to link halal certificate my orders, their halal claim is not correct and misleading Muslim community.

After an initial problem Sanwal dealt with it very professionally so much so that I will be ordering more due to his great service & the quality of the steaks.

Good value, delivery was quick. Ribeye cap was tasty but very chewy, was expecting it to be a lot more tender. Surprised as it's M6-7 grade as well.

Overall the process of purchases is smooth and satisfactory. The date of delivery can be chosen to suit our own planning and schedule. Prices are attractive in most cases. Even better if more diversified items are made available.

Edit - Steak King responded immediately when they saw my original review and they generously offered a significant store credit to enable me to reorder. I look forward to a better experience when cooking the new joint.

2kg of grass fed Australian rib eye. It arrived and looked really good. Roasted for around 1hr 15 until internal temperature reached 46C and brought out of oven to rest. Removed from roasting pan after 15 minutes of resting…..joint had shrivelled to under 1.4kg….not acceptable….emails to Steak King subsequently went unanswered.
