DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Worst service ever. Items arrived broken. They booked collection twice, nobody came. I spoke to the courier who confirmed THEY NEVER SENT THE REQUEST. They marked it as ''collected'' on their system but nothing happened. Now they ignore all emails. I cannot finish work in my house because of them. Reported to Trading Standards.

Not what I ordered.
Despite reading poor reviews I thought I would give this company a try!
I ordered some packets of Minky super absorbent soak ups with antibacterial formulation. BUT , even though the order confirmation said that’s what I ordered, I received Minky brites soak ups that do not have the antibacterial ingredients. Obviously a cheaper version of Minky soak ups.
I will not buy from this company again.

I ordered Vitax Apple Maggot Refill via B&Q. The website states in black and white 2 refills. I only received one. After various e-mails involving taking pictures of the product Status insisted they were right.
If I knew how to send a copy of their website offer I would ( 87 ). Have given up now.

I placed an order more than 2 months…
I placed an order more than 2 months for several items from Statushomecare, but many still haven’t arrived. Some that did were leaking chemicals from loosely sealed bottles, creating a hazard that had to be disposed of immediately.
The customer service assistant handling my case seems untrustworthy, feels like scamming me with emails full of new tracking numbers, but refuses to send me my items. When I contacted the delivery companies, I was told that Statushomecare hadn’t actually shipped my items on multiple occasions, and I was advised to pursue legal action.
This is a serious breach of their Terms of Service and other commitments as a trader. I’m extremely upset with how my order has been handled.
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I placed the order on the 9th of January 2026. Now it has been nearly 2 months, and some items are still not delivered, and some delivered leaked into the packaging as was not screw properly. The response from Status Care Home is that the delivery company lost my packages 6 times. There is no any follow up. I am really disappointed by how Status Care Home treats and not value their customers!!

Three orders, two cancelled
Three orders for coffee tea and sugar sets, I ordered them separately from this company because I needed two coffee two tea and one sugar, the two tea pots came but the one sugar and two coffee didn’t arrive, they said they had none in stock and cancelled my order, I then reordered and they did the same again!! Why do you have an item on your website that is available to buy if it’s never going to be shipped?
I now have two tea storage pots that are unusable because I’m missing the others to match the set, I am going to ask for a refund for them as they are unusable but I have no trust in this company
Very poor customer service and returns process
I purchased a toilet seat from status home care, which took over a week to anrrive. Having fitted it and disposed of the old seat, found the hinge would not lock onto the pin, so occasionally became unstable and would jump when sat on, I wrote to the company and they expect me to send the dysfunctional one back to get a replacement - leaving me without a toilet seat for who knows how long! Appalling customer service so I would not recommend this company.

I loved the cups I bought. They were very well packed & delivered on time. Excellent service.
