Theft - Fraudsters
Issue with order. Not resolved. Lost my money. Did not bother getting back to me after chasing them for ages. Left me out of pocket. Had to buy elsewhere. It's plain theft!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Abysmal customer service. Spoke with an indifferent customer service representative, who made zero excuses for the poor service. Offered a refund on delivery for a product I have been waiting over 10 days to receive. I wouldn't award the 1 star to be frank. Save yourself the pain.
Thieves, Fraudsters, Rogues.
I was foolish enough to make a purchase from this company—turns out they’re nothing but a pack of rotten thieves. Just a tip, and exactly what I did today: I contacted my bank (HSBC), raised a dispute, and they refunded the full amount.
If you’ve been scammed or charged in a shady transaction, your bank can and will protect you. So don’t wait—get in touch with your bank, raise the dispute, and get your money back. Let the bank deal with these fraudsters.

AVOID this company at all costs. Stupid enough to place a second order after complete disaster with the first. Ordered and paid for 6 cans of paint on 12 April. One of the six finally arrived damaged. Since then chasing for a refund with endless promises. Now notified AMEX who will deal with the matter.
They should be removed for advertising on the Internet.

AVOID buying from this company, 20 x 7L & 6 x 24L tubs & most of them cracked & broken as sent in black cling wrap. Asked for replacements after sending pictures & they emailed an Evri link, which didnt work, surprise! Order turned up in about 3 deliveries, every one of them broken to bits. Don't know if we chalk up £42.95 as a loss or pursue a refund, either way this company is disgusting, how they sleep at night I don't know!

I ordered my product and then heard nothing.
I ordered my product and was sent an email saying it would be delivered as soon as possible. Then nothing, no updates, no responses to my email. No phone number to ring.
I think this is a scam site.

Poor product material, storage and transportation quality. Wrong items sent as replacement. Did not stack or store well. Returned to UK to find dilapidated boxes. Holes and splits. Buy from Asda or your local high street store. Price was too good to be true. Dec

Ordered 16 pieces of wooden beading for a panelling effect, and 6 arrived? They arrived on time, but I’ve now had to cancel the joiner coming tomorrow to put them on the wall. Emailed them, so awaiting a response..
Avoid! No product and no refund
I ordered a grinder cutting disc for concrete. It simply never came, I have chased it repeatedly and I get only emails asking how they did.
On replying to them, they still haven’t refunded my money.
I would suggest that you don’t use this company.

Shocking is an understatement. My order was not delivered, not once but twice, they used excuse after excuse , first delivery company problems, then it was actually that supplier problems so they never really had the item and then just start ignoring my emails. Luckily paid via PayPal so I could reverse payment but save yourself stress and avoid this company at all costs. Total scam!
Double Postage Charges - Buyer Beware
Naturally we would expect to pay the return cost of an item we have ordered incorrectly - standard policy on eBay and Amazon, but we have always been refunded the full amount (item cost & postage we paid for the original order).
So Buyers beware!! This company operates a double postage charge.
Such a pity, especially when we were originally informed that a full refund (items & postage) would be made,
Citizens Advice States:-
"You automatically get a 14-day ‘cooling-off period’ when you buy something you haven’t seen in person - unless it’s bespoke or made to measure. (these were neither)
The cooling-off period starts the day after you receive your order, and there doesn’t need to be anything wrong with the item for you to get a refund. (there was nothing wrong with the items, accept we order the wrong size and paid the postage to return them)
If you paid for standard delivery when you bought something, the seller has to refund this if you return it. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, you'll have to pay the difference.” (we paid standard delivery to receive the item)
Please, please do NOT buy from this company if you make a mistake with your order!!!

Gave me 4 cups one was chipped. I asked for a refund they offered me a discount but I wanted to return them all. I wrapped and returned them far better than they wrapped it and they state they only recieved one. Absolute liars and a joke of a company.
Zero Stars.
Ordered four wall boards for a bathroom renovation, two boards were delivered within a week the other two a week or so later. Every board was damaged in at least two places all of them having damage on the tongue and groove vertical joint, absolute shambles. Managed to overcome the damage by cutting and repairing, trebled the time it should have taken to do the install, still receiving emails from them asking for details that were given in my first email to them - which had numerous pictures attached showing the damage on all panels. Absolute shower of sh$#e. Do not order panels from this company.
incompetence beyond belief.
I use many different companies and you do get the odd glitch but this shower is in top place regarding NAFF service and a total no no in regards to efficiency--seriously---the manager of this lot needs to spend some time organizing some P45's or perhaps take a basic course in customer relations himself---absolutely ABYSMAL.

Do not trust this company, I had a project planned and I did not receive my order, they blamed evri, they promised a refund within 7 days which did not happen so I had to start a case with PayPal, they also trade under different names, so many red flags

Disappointing experience with this company. Ordered from here for the first time, it was good prices on some wooden washing line props. Its not even been a year they have started cracking apart. Contacted CS and apparently they cannot do much as third party companies own the product. Such a lame bog standard excuse covering their poor stock quality!
Why on earth are you customer advisors their for? To prat about and do nothing for a living. Atrocious company and will not be purchasing from here ever again!
