I had issues accessing the site, which was cause by a client side issue. Support was helpful and friendly.

Also a fan of the data, I use Statista data in my research and for papers, plans and other writings to support opinions or to support decision making.

Am Anfang segr nett hilfsbereit sehr schön du hast so und soviel provision bekommen bitte App downloaden Bing X provision geht dahin, warum nicht auf mein Giro Konto? Hiess es nein nur provision geht ins Wallet ok habe alles getan dann siehst du oh provision ist weniger als 150USD geht nicht ins Wallet rein. Dann sagt diese Mitarbeiterin Lisa (die bis gestern aus Portugal war und kein Deutsch schreiben konnte, nur Englisch) kein problem mach ma morgen weiter dann hast du genug dann tuen wir hier rein.EIGENTLICH WOLLTE SIE DASS ICH EIN BING X KONTO ERSTELLE!
Heute logg ich rein dann hiess es bitte erst auf mein account den task von 38 erfüllen dann dein acount, ok, habe ich gemacht. Auf mein account gehe ich auf einmal sehe ich kein Guthaben. Dann habe ich ihr gesagt, die bis gestern selber eingezahlt hat und ein schreenshot geschickt hatte, sagt sie heute ooh wenn wir auf dieses Konto einzahlen, kriegen wir dies und das soviel provision, ICH HABE ES SCHON GEAHNT DASS DIES EIN BETRUGS FIRMA IST, JETZT WILL DIE VON MIR GELD.

It's all about the Auto Renew

It's all about the Auto Renew. They don't auto renew you on the anniversary of subscriptions they do it 3 months in advance. Of course they put this in their contracts, but they conveniently never mention it and don't contact you at at the time and advise you they are doing it. Simply they write to you at the anniversary with words to the effect 'since you didn't cancel you're back subscribed and there is nothing you can do about it, check your T&Cs. I paraphrase but that is the sentiment. It might be legal but it is not best practice. In fact it is very low integrity. Anyway you a win customer for a year or two who thereafter will never renew and will tell all their colleagues and contemporaries not to do so.

Be careful

Be careful! Watch out! Signed up for a month and they flipped it to a year contract and then excused their actions by pointing to small lettering. Dishonest, fraudulent. When I didn't use their website and demanded payment returned they said they don't cancel. I can only repeat what others have said on this reviewer site: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible

Terrible. Watch out for their contracts. That is basically scam what they do. To cancel yearly subscription you need to let them know few months in advance even when you do not use it at all.

Your contract terminates and basically you cannot cancel it and they extend it for a year to come.

No negotiation nor anything. Fully terrible experience.

Statista is great company to me, they are legit , trustworthy and the best on investment, their withdrawal is fast and secured I will rate them 4stars, ever since I started working with them I have not recorded any red flag it delayed withdrawal.

Nul à...

On va bien se faire voir (pour ne pas être grossière). Ils disent qu'il faut créé un compte pour avoir un accès illimité aux statistiques puis après l'avoir créé il demande de mettre à niveau le compte. Moi gentille je me dit OK pourquoi pas mais mdrrrrr il faut payer 200 €. Non merci. On a pas tous l'argent et donc pour ceux qui veulent travailler et qui on besoin de statistiques on va bien ce faire fou***. Bref experience qui laisse a désirer je sais pas comment faire pour grand oral.
(Après ils ont des statistiques fiables...)

Manipulación de esta web.

Trustpilot me ha obligado a tener que poner un mínimo de estrellas, si fuese por mí, le hubiera puesto 0 estrellas. Cuando he entrado en Statista, estaba interesada por un documento de estadistica. Al pulsar en el y entrar en la página web, el acceso a este documento se me ha bloqueado. La web me ha pedido que me inscriba por 0 euros para tener acceso al documento del que estaba interesada. He decidido de hacerlo, y después de 10 min registrandome solo para tener acceso a 1 documento, la web de Statista me ha dicho entonces que tenía que pagar para visionarlo. Me ha parecido muy feo e injusto de su parte, una manera de manipular a la gente para tener que registrarse en el sitio web. Statista había afirmado que yo sería capaz de ver el documento y descargarlo cuando me registre de forma gratis. Al final ha terminado siendo una mentira y hacia falta que pague para ello. Obviamente no lo he hecho, he quitado mi registro y he puesto una mala reseña. Que os den. Porfavor no useis este sitio web, estoy indignada.

My experience with Statista's client…

My experience with Statista's client service was extremely disappointing. I subscribed expecting access to valuable and comprehensive data, as advertised. Instead, most of the useful content was locked behind higher-tier subscriptions, and the available data was either publicly accessible elsewhere or lacked the promised value.

When I raised these concerns, their responses were dismissive, hiding behind technicalities and refusing to acknowledge any responsibility for misleading advertising. They flatly denied a refund, even though the service did not meet expectations.

Statista's rigid approach and poor customer support make it hard to trust their service. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking a transparent and customer-focused experience.

wasted 149 USD to get wrong data.

There was a time where this website provided accurate statistics and it was free.
Now, you have to pay for them (when you can find them for free elsewhere). I subscribed as it was for my company but I got a lot of wrong or inaccurate data.
So just wasted 149USD for wrong and innacurate data.
Don't fall for their plan.

Irreführend und zu teuer

Man wird aufgefordert einen kostenlosen Account zu erstellen um eine Statistik anschauen zu können, wenn man das gemacht hat geht es aber doch immer noch nicht weil mann 200€ für das günstigste Abo bezahlen soll. Hat meine Zeit verschwendet und dass es nichtmal eine Schülerlizens gibt finde ich traurig. Ich als Schüler habe keine 200€ für ein paar Statistiken. Schaltet doch einfach Werbung

Eine Schülerlizenz gibt es allerdings schon. Diese ist aber nicht online buchbar, sondern muss von den jeweiligen Schulen organisiert werden. Unethical business practices

Deceptive policies that end up in expensive subscriptions. Disputed orders or reclamations get met with legal threats, and debt collectors spamming your entire company with email and aggressive phone calls.

Strongly recommend avoiding Statista and their services.

I have tried their service and…

I have tried their service and experienced no value for money in their data and no response from their support team. Most data provided I consider to be generic in nature. After providing a timely notice of cancellation of the service, they fail to respond and the contract renews automatically. I want to terminate this service. I recommend people to stay away from Statista.
