Cannot find the cancel my subscription. All done by design to take my money. Beware of these shady tactics.

I signed up for a trial and then they charged me like a full pro subscription. Then i told them, i would never use it because its not useful enough for me, but they still charged me. I did not use it for a full year, paid for it though. The amount of greed with small software companies like this!

This company, after being taken over by SEMRush experience practicing shady practice. I signed up in october 2024 for an annual plan (fully paid up front), and they randomly cancelled and said my subscription was refunded in october in 2024. However.. i was using it fine till end of feb 2025. They want me to sign up again and a higher price point because i had a discounted annual subscription. Doing whatever it takes to scheme is customers to increase profits!

Tried to cancel within the trial period but couldn't log in. Couldn't even reset password. Didn't respond to emails. Thankfully I cancelled the credit card as they tried to take a $1,900AU payment which was blocked. If I could give negative stars I would.

As many others have shared, this company operates in an unethical manner, charging customers for a full year's subscription without providing an invoice or prior warning. Their apparent strategy seems to involve enticing users into signing up for a trial, only for them to forget about it and then be scammed out of any chance for a refund.

I strongly advise avoiding any business with such questionable practices.

They charged me twice for $468, and offered no help despite my never using the platform.

Don't buy from these guys, they will scam you! It is now owner by Semrush and I wouldn't trust or do business with SemRush. They billed me without notice on an annual subscription for $564 without an email, text or anything else! How are you supposed to know that the renewal is coming up if it's an annual subscription? Scammers! I wrote to them and they wouldn't refund me, telling me I have 7 days after renewal to cancel and get a refund. Unfortunately, it was too late, I only saw the charge on my credit card statement a month later. Now I'll have to file a chargeback instead. Don't do business with these guys is my recommendation.

Product with great potential but they don't pay affiliates who promote the product, on time.

I'm an Exploding Topics Pro affiliate. I have commissions marked as Due since Aug 9, 2024 which far exceed the minimum payout amount.

The 30-day period for costumer guarantee has already passed as well, but I never got paid.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Exploding Topics. I was charged $450 after failing to connect to my account during the trial period. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to their customer service, no resolution has been offered. I explained that I couldn’t access my account to cancel before the billing, but they have yet to assist me or consider a refund. This has caused significant financial stress, and the lack of communication only adds to the disappointment. I expected better from a service like this.

It's surprising there's no review yet. Extremely useful tool for dropshipping. Helps me find potential profitable products and verify research data of all kinds of product research tools. Can't imagine doing business without it. Can definitely recommend!
