The products are great, I love that they are biodegradable and the scrunchie is a great touch. It's especially good as you can hide period products when going to the bathroom and not have to bring a bag with you.

I had the Period Care box which includes scrunchie and drinks cover too.

Lovely packaging and the products feel high quality, but the tampons are too hard to open! There isn’t an easy ‘tear here’ section, so when in a public bathroom it becomes really tough, especially as the packaging is thicker than usual. There is instructions in the box, but it becomes frustrating when in a rush.

When putting a tampon into the scrunhie it sticks out a lot too due to the ridid shape, so it becomes impossible to wear on my wrist comfortably. To be expected, but does defeat the point of selling them as a set. Both great stand alone products for different purposes, not sure they should be sold together.

For extra bits of cash or a lipstick the scrunchie is good though, and I always keep the drinks cover in my bag just in case. The pads feel good quality and I loved the details on the packaging. I love the concept of this, just needs some tweaks for me to be a returning customer

Really well thought out.
Read the instructions to open the tampons as they are really easy but if you don’t do it properly will be frustrating.
The liners actually fit all my knickers as a great design and I wear all types.

I tried to cancel multiple times over the last 10 days. Everytime I clicked “cancel subscription” or “skip order” or “skip next order” you try to charge my account £9.98 each time. This is ridiculous. I took the money out of my account so the charges won’t happen because this is really annoying.

Every time I try to cancel it says “you can’t cancel your subscription with 24 hours of initial order”, but this is my second order!

Edit: I have emailed with my subscription number, account customer ID and it has tried to charge me and I sent proof. Wavycircle has said they will cancel my account and issue the refund, but I have no evidence of this as of yet. They’ve been very nice in there messaging, let’s hope it leads to positive results

The pads was comfortable to wear I gifted my daughter the tampons as I can't wear them every since I had my daughter she said the was OK to be fair which means she pleasantly surprised the only thing she had negative to say that the package for the tampons was hard to open and she loved the scrunchie as it will be great for collage for her hide her tampons
