They scammed me. I bought a ticket with full refund option, when I had to cancel due to visa issue they gave me only 10% of the price. I lost 1000euro due to their scam. When I ask for my refund they said I will get my money for about 8 weeks and afterwards they said they will not pay my money.

We made a 7 day tour of lakes & valleys.
It was a wonderful,memorable time.We had a very dynamic tour manager Mr Stephen Fernandes.He was very jovial,very particular about timings,very much caring.He was very much knowledgeable & was sharing that knowledge at a particular site & time perfectly.
The coach captain Mr Jay Patel was not only a great driver but was a great human being.His philosophy of life was very clear & that's why he could make every one happy.
Both Stephen & Jay made a perfect pair to make our holidays to the ultimate level.
There is one suggestion to star tours.As there is no lunch in tour,so company can think of giving packed lunch from hotel,so that one can save time & lot of hassels of finding food.

I have used their services a few times and have found them to be exceptionally good. They make sure that everything runs smoothly for you and even give you a gentle reminder when it is time for you to flight out and when you are returning a day or two before your flight.
