Wow, I cant believe how smooth my journey with Startfleet has been! As a small marketing agency owner who knew ZERO about setting up a business in the US, these guys were like my personal business fairy godparents lol.

I incorporated an entity from abroad hoping that with the help of the service provider things would go smoothly. At the start we already had issues with setting up a bank account, which is not as easy as they claim it to be. Then the representative blamed on us instead of trying to help us solve the problem. We ended up giving up on the business concept and wanted to close the company, once again fees after fees without proper explanation which caused a delayed to the new year and another tax for another year. No sense of responsibility, empathy, or any type of professional handling. I am not sure if there are other better services out there in the market, I certainly wouldn't trust them again.

This company is so absolutely incredible, they make things so easy and simple. Fitz specifically is such an angel and so so helpful. I will forever use this company for all of my business registration services.

As a non-resident, non-US citizen, in need of creating a US bank account for paymnent from my US employer it was crucial to me to be able to set up a fast and efficient way of receiving my salary checks.
The process wasn't as quick as I'd hoped, but that wasn't Startfleet's fault - they attentively answered emails and WhatsApps, and they helped every step of the way – even when the bank orginally refused to create an account because of a minor discrepancy with the utility bill being used as proof of address.

I made a review back in January 2024 (5 star) at the time I created my LLC. Now, 4 months later, I decided to make another review, to confirm the value of the Startfleet support service.
I have been in regular communications with Fitz over WhatsApp as I needed to receive prompt feedback over a number of items, including IRS forms and how to optimize different procedures, in order to effectively work with US based companies that were paying my services for projects executed outside the US.
I was always treated with the outmost cordiality and was never made felt that I was getting annoying with my questions, in the contrary, Fitz was always very responsive and in a good mood.
