I selected the Startup plan mainly for the express EIN option, as my timeline was tight. I paid in mid-December, and within about a week, all my LLC documents (Articles of Organization, etc.) were ready.

Due to the end-of-year holidays, the EIN process took a bit longer than initially expected. I reached out simply to ask for an update, making it clear that I completely understood the holiday delays and was not blaming them in any way. I did not request any refund — I only explained my situation.

To my surprise, they replied the very next day offering to refund the price difference between the Startup and Freelancer plans, while continuing to handle my case as an express file. The refund was processed within two days, and they kept their word.

I received my EIN in early January, and they continued to support me throughout the entire process, including assistance with opening my Mercury bank account.

Startfleet have been amazing from day 1. I set up my LLC with them, as a non resident of the US which can be very daunting. They helped with every step, have always been responsive, and have helped me with filling out forms which is my absolute pet peeve. They made it a lot less stressful. I recently used them to file taxes for the first time and I can't say enough good things about them. If you are unsure wether to hire them, then just do it. You will be happy you did.
