Starel Stones Anmeldelser

We recently visited Starel Stones in Southampton to choose a marble slab for our utility room and were looking for a very specific combination of soft muted greens and warm creams, which was far from an easy find.
The experience was excellent from start to finish. Starel Stones has an incredible selection of slabs, and what really stood out was the transparency throughout the process. Buying natural stone can often feel overwhelming, but they take all of the mystery out of it and make it easy to compare options and make informed decisions.
A special thank you to Patrycja, who went above and beyond during our visit. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect slab for our project. Nothing felt rushed, and her attention to detail made all the difference.

If you’re looking for a stone supplier with a fantastic range, honest advice and exceptional customer service, I would highly recommend Starel Stones.

great Company, there collection is great. they are helpful and try to go the extra mile.. we use them on our property projects and will continue to..

Delivery driver Don waited for the team to finish break. Easy unload.

On time early morning delivery. Don was friendly and helpful.
Thankyou

Fantastic products. Margarita in the Guildford showroom was extremely knowledgable, and guided us to make the best design decision.
Quick delivery of in-stock products, and good communication on arrival of out-of-stock items - Alex has since assisted in follow-up order, and communication has been prompt and helpful.
Will certainly return to Starel Stones when the time comes to refit the kitchen!

Great products and fantastic customer service - the staff went the extra mile to accommodate our request when we needed an extra few boxes of tiles!

Very nice persons, was a pleasure to collaborate . Professionalism and seriousness. Will be my pleasure to collaborate on future.

Thank you Sophie, very helpful with samples and knowledge of product!

Another great delivery service by Don, polite and friendly as always

Beautiful quality mosaic tile - Diana Royale KitKat Mosaic Marble Tiles. Loved them a lot! Prompt responses on the emails. Great customer service.

Alex & Sophie at the Fareham showroom have been so so helpful. We had some issues with having the wrong quantities and they helped us find the extra tiles we needed, twice! They are also nice people to deal with, I was very grateful as renovation projects are already busy and stressful. Getting through on the phone is not always easy but apart from that, I would say it's been great working with these two. Thanks both!

Great products and excellent customer service. I had previously used Starel tiles for my bathroom, so I already knew where to go when I needed marble for my kitchen island. Marion was incredibly helpful, showing us around the slab gallery and assisting us with placing our order. The slabs were delivered to my fabricator without any issues and have now been installed beautifully. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience!

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Starel Stones. I placed my order on March 23rd with an initial 6-week lead time. After being explicitly promised a 3-week delivery window in mid-April, I have now been told it is pushed back to mid-June. This massive delay is severely disrupting my ongoing construction work and causing additional logistical costs.
Worse, the communication is non-existent. They never reply to emails, and you have to constantly chase them up just to get an update. My latest email has been completely ignored.
In stark contrast, I ordered the rest of my materials from Mandarin Stone. Their communication was outstanding, the delivery arrived exactly on time, and they were incredibly professional throughout. The exact opposite of Starel Stones, which I highly recommend avoiding if you have a strict project timeline.

Don provided a great delivery service friendly and helpful
