Standesk SIA Anmeldelser

Lightning fast support. Fast shipping. The ordered product (nt-usb mini) works as intended/flawless. What do you want more.
Keep up the good work.

Podtia bascular un poco más desde la base

The product is good and very sturdy, I bought the Atlas frame and equipped it with a 200cm wooden top. Everything arrived in one piece but the packaging could be improved a little, one of the corners of the package was damaged but the frame itself was fine inside aside from a small scratch. documentation for assembly was sent via mail, which I don't personally mind, but I do prefer a physical assembly guide.

I ordered a chair and the experience was great. I just wanted to get delivery not earlier than a specific date and the team from Standesk was really helpful and arranged the delivery as requested. They are extremely responsive and superb friendly.

No complaints. Customer support even checked if everything went well after delivery

The order went about as well as could be expected, my mousepad came in perfect condition, the only small gripe I've had is that the promised tracking email did not arrive and I've had to go on Standesk's website to check the status of my order. Probably a small hitch in the system, other than that, perfect.

Was looking for a standing desk frame supporting 2m-long tops to pair with my own wood. The Invictus fit perfectly — looks great and functions smoothly.

Pros: Great build quality, arrived on time, works exactly as expected.

Cons: No assembly manual included — had to figure out screw placement myself, though it wasn't difficult since each screw only fit one spot. Minor cosmetic damage on the sides, likely from the courier rather than Standesk, and it's hidden under the desk anyway so not a real issue.

Fast delivery, good quality. I truely have nothing bad to say

The desk fully met my expectations — everything works smoothly, and the quality is great for the price. Fast delivery as well.
Сustomer support was absolutely amazing! They guided me all the way from purchase to assembly and helped with everything they could. Highly recommend this store!

Top mouse pad and fast delivery

Outstanding experience from start to finish! I honestly haven’t seen customer service like this in a very long time. Despite contacting them late at night, I received an almost immediate response, and my order was processed exactly as I requested without any delay. Their communication was fast, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. The product quality is excellent, and on top of that, I couldn’t find a better price anywhere else in Europe. Highly recommended – this is exactly how online shopping should be!

Well packed. Fast delivery. Good product

Shopping at Standesk was a pleasure from start to finish. Fast and efficient service, with information provided at every stage of the order. This is the kind of service you expect. I highly recommend them!

I have frequent work travels due to which arranging home deliveries is very difficult. Konstantins and the Standesk team helped me split the purchased desk into 2 parcels and arranged for the courier to arrive exactly at the right moments. The parcels were packaged very well. Overall experience is great.

Great customer service - they kept me updated from the moment I made the purchase until I finished assembling the standing desk
