This company is great. There was no argument because the device didn’t work for me. It might for some, but it didn’t for me. They gave me an option and I took the second option. This is a very good company. They’re very reputable and I recommend them to anybody that has Ed it might work for you, but it didn’t for me. I’ll give this company two thumbs up as far as Customer Service services concern and being fair sincerely, Richard Miller.

I rarely buy anything from the Internet and I was sceptical in purchasing this red light device, but as I said I believe it is starting to work for me. I was also sceptical that I would be able to get a resolution when the device began to fail, but you have proven yourself.

I look forward to continuing to use the red Intemacy device once the replacement arrives.

USPS lost my order. I contacted Customer support and they shipped a replacement out quickly.

They’ve been very helpful and although I am still in the process of working with the device, it seems to be helping which is a big deal. They are quick to answer questions and respond, which is also very important.

Intimacy Medical provided a support device for my therapy and progress was progressing along nicely, but then one of the functions on the device suddenly stopped working. I had been explicitly following the instructions, so I was at a loss as to why it stopped working. I reached out to Intimacy Medical explaining the situation. NEXT BUSINESS DAY, they contacted me and as I was within the 90 return policy (I did not want a refund as The Recharge device definitely worked), the graciously accepted my request for a replacement. Top notch/5 star customer service. Thank you!

Wonderful customer support and very responsive

Bought the recharge a couple of months ago and I got to say it has made a big improvement!! Definitely a game changer!! And I've also had several questions and I got to say their customer support is top notch!! They replied to all my questions really fast!! All around great experience with this company!!! Highly recommend!!
