The company is amazing with customer service. My only complaint is the shipper they use doesn’t update the shipping information until it’s literally at your door.

Do not trust this company. Product still hasn’t arrived and despite me chasing on email no resolution. They are way outside of the delivery window and while their response to my emails is polite they are yet to take action. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered the embosser as a special birth gift. Over three weeks later and despite chasing it’s still not arrived. While the customer service person has always emailed back I have had to constantly chase and make suggestions and I am as yet to be offered a refund - or even a replacement. So what looked like being a perfect gift has turned into a stress of emails.

This is my second order and this time I ordered a bespoke clip for my embosser to use with my handmade books as I am a bookbinder. The process was quick and easy and my new clip is a perfect rendition of my logo. My only disappointment…I couldn’t choose the clip colour. It would have been nice to be able to match it to my handle.

The order process was easy and I got exactly what I wanted. The stamp is all metal and great quality in the impressions I’ve made so far. I’m looking forward to seeing how it holds up!

Customer service was above and beyond! I had a custom order that required precision and their support means everything is exceptional. So grateful and excited

I loved that it was completly customizable. It came quickly.

Very happy with the embosser I received. It was delivered quickly and safely. The embosser itself was easy to put together and easy to figure out how to use it properly.

the lady that helped me with my questions was so helpful and professional. her name was Ellie with the Professional Service Team

Excellent product. Delivered quickly. Very happy with my order!

loved the quality, all together is beautiful, expected a longer delivery time because of the custom made design but it got to me only a week after i place the ordered, phenomenal

Ellie was excellent and made sure my order was correct and was very friendly throughout the processs. She ensured my embosser was exactly how I wanted it and went above and beyond in her role. Excellent customer service!

I loved my customised stamp. So easy to assemble and use and you can clearly see the embossing on my pages. Thank you

The embosser is solid and meets expectations. My wife loves it, so that’s all that matters. Delivery was a bit slower than expected but understandable for something produced outside the U.S.

The item is extremely well made, perfect for what I need it for. sturdy, something to pass on for generations.

I love my new stamp! Well made and quick delivery.

I love my book embosser. Unique design. My books look fantastic with a personal touch.

Great product - fastish postage - wasn’t aware it was coming from china - it was a present and I’m sure my kid with love it

Such a beautiful and unique gift. I have to be honest I was a bit worried when I got a notification that my order was shipped but was coming all the way from China! But the whole process was very smooth and my order was delivered within the estimated time frame. The quality was much better than expected and I’m already planning to get another one! Highly recommend!
