Delivery delay
Had a problem with delivery meaning a shipment to my client was going to be late, managed to sort out a quick delivery directly to my clients whilst looking into the lost delivery. Resolution: client got the items they needed on the day and first package was found and arrived in time for next shipment. Happy customer!

It is OK, But Could Be Improve
It is OK , But I will prefer having each type of box seal by group (as there are sold in pack of 25) in the main delivery box. The company need to improve that aspect , this will reduce our time as a customer.
Thank you
