Got decent results with the property tax protest. More importantly the company seems very transparent. Less commission compared to Ownwell. Our results were bad with Ownwell last year and we still paid more in commission to them.

Left this to the final day of the window, entirely in character. I fully expected to be told I had missed it and to try again next spring. We refinanced in March and the appraiser valued our house way below what Denton County had it at. Same house, two values that were tens of thousands apart. sent the appraisal to bezit and they used it for our protest and got the taxable value reduced. Their fee was only 10% of the savings. If you refinanced recently, don’t ignore that appraisal. You might already have the evidence you need to lower your property taxes. Either you could do it on your own or get Bezit into action.
