Stairpartsdirect Anmeldelser

Stair parts direct, what a team.
We use them for our business so when it came to using them for my own home was a no brainer.
Competitive for price even from our doorstep suppliers, next day delivery to site when for business and home.
Choose white primed which saved on time not having to undercoat and no knots in the wood, again very competitive.
I ordered short on certain items in my first order, to make sure I got the same when ordering the extras I phoned a member of staff, gave them the order number, within 3 minute an email was sent, I paid and order delivered next day.
Customer service Brilliant
Thanks
Paul Smith

Easy to order, regular updates on delivery, great price.

Very well presented website made everything clear prior ordering.
With my only query, which I needed to contract them on, this was answered efficiently and professionally

Great customer service and fast delivery

Lady was helpful on the phone with my query. Ordering online was very easy and straightforward

Prompt delivery, product packed well and oak handrail and baserails were delivered without any damage, the black metal spindles were packed well and are easy to cut to size as we had the correct tool to do so.

Great app that helped me choose easily exactly the stair parts I was looking for, with a good description and pictures to boot. Will definitely recommend for purchases for friends and family.

The whole process from start to finish was very professional and the staircase looks fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

Our client required a bespoke stair case that made an impact upon entering their new build.
This product certainly does that. The design process was smooth and the product was great.

Order delivered intact and bang on schedule despite delivery address being "out in the wilds". Special mention for the gentleman that delivered it, what a nice helpful bloke. 100%, A1.

So very grateful to the team at Stairspart for their service and the most beautiful staircase.

It has become a real feature of our home and we love the effect and the design that we created with Daniel.

Would highly recommend.

Ordered some stair caps from Stairpartsdirect and they are perfect! They'd stated delivery would be 5-7 working days but I needed them sooner and they happily obliged - I received them the next working day. Brilliant customer service, so impressed and would definitely recommend

Easy ordering, well packaged and delivered with care. Lovely quality Oak handrail, base rail, spindles and fixings. Very simple to install ( we are first time novices!) we are thrilled with the finished result. Would thoroughly recommend.

I ordered several pieces of wood to make a banister for my husband who has recently suffered a stroke. Finding what I wanted was easy, and after ticking a few boxes, I was ready to pay for my purchase. Now, I’m looking forward to everything arriving and getting put in place so my husband can be more mobile.

Very quick delivery and very helpful over the phone with my query
